Tanki servers are working perfectly fine, server maintenance besides the regular one is notified prior to the maintenance on the tanki discord server. If you still face such issues, try switching your browser/client Clearing cache ( Browser/Client) Refer to this.

i do like the concept of the paint having an effect unique to it, ie; the black hole paint you mentioned which would attract enemys. Would be quite fun to have these kind of paints in game, Definitely would impact the game-play as well.

I personally don't see dictator along with freeze much often but rather with viking.In my opinion its not guaranteed that bringing up a not so popular combo would make every one play missions and that too on tankis birthday where players should be having loads of fun. I've never tried it for myself but i do enjoy quite a lot of other combos aside this. Regardless, we'll just have to wait and watch as to what devs have in store for us ?

Surely you and quite a few other might feel it needs balancing, but it totally depends on the overall community feedback for such type of suggestions to be actually implemented.

very likely to never happen since tanki online isn't a war simulator and developers have priorities on other game updates than this, Regardless if tanki does decide to create a map i doubt they'd make something similar from real battle fields..
