well, the sale percentages completely screwed all my plans up... now I'm probably going to get rail m2, hornet m2, and rico m2. How good is rico+hornet at my rank? It's very good at m3, according to my test-server experiences. Also, do the discounts on turrets+hulls apply to kits also?

What turrets drive you crazy when you're using railgun? I use wasp+rail and for me (in order of annoying-ness): Hammer Smoky Rico

Based on everyone's advice, I think I'll skip the pitbull kit and instead buy m2 xp and save up for smoky m2.

That sounds good, but I'm set on getting rail m2. I can already beat brigadiers with m2 equipment, simply with my m1 bp. I've found that a lot of the lieutenant ranks (even up to major) don't save their crystals properly and focus on getting multiple m2 turrets, while ignoring their hull. Because of this, they have hornet m1 or something. Rail m2 can 1-shot them. Also, I've been considering thunder m2. How good is it at captain/major?

I have 135k crystals right now. With 2k from quiz, and 9k from rankup, I can easily reach 150k by Christmas Sale. Railgun m2 is a must for me. If 50% sale, I am thinking of getting Pitbull kit+rail m2. This will leave me broke, but I will also have 4 strong m2 combinations at my rank (hammer hornet, hammer hunter, rail hornet, rail hunter). Or, I could get rail m2+hornet m2, which would leave me with a good amount of crystals after sale (around 60000). I could use this to save up for a strong m2 kit to get sometime before colonel rank. Any advice?

I just want 50% sale. Anything else would be an added bonus, but 50% sale would give me hornet m2, rail m2, freeze m2, and spark.
