If I have Hornet M2 from a kit, and I win with a Hornet model, would I get my Hornet M2 fully Micro upgraded?

Paladin kit might be a better option. You could also consider Medic. Viking is best for Twins, Thunder and Smoky, but Hornet is better for Railgun. Hornet is decent with Thunder and Twins as well. I would recommend Viking, It's cheaper and more effective with Twins, which is the best M1s. Smoky M2 is amazing, especially at captain. Loam is awesome, even without MU's, and Tian M2 is great, statwise. The supply gift is amazing as well. It's worth the wait.
