In a PRO battle, if MUs are OFF, will the alteration be OFF as well?

I had to pick up a couple of my own drops because the drop zone was by me and was hidden. But I did do a replacement drop to be fair.

Actually, because the price of XTs are so high, they should already be upgraded 5/50 by default. It puts a little more juice in it, but not to the point where it is automatically OP.
