Is Firebird worth getting over M4 Isida in the next sale?

M4 Freeze (17/50 currently) vs M4 Isida (26/50 currently) M4 Viking (17/50) vs M4 Titan (7/50) I know how to play with Freeze and Isida pretty well. I have been playing for as long as 2 Generalissimo ranks. In terms of hulls, it just comes down to having my first M4 a heavy hull or a medium hull. Keep in mind, more than anything I go straight to an Arena/Island CP match when I find one after playing some XP to not keep things so monotonous---you feel me? The rest comes down to DM Tournaments and missions.

Thunder and Isida are (26/50). Freeze and Viking are (17/50). Titan is (7/50).

Information you need to know before answering: I play primarily XP/BP on Polygon, Island, Hill, Arena, Courage, and Noise. When I don't, I play on Arena, Island, Hill, Polygon, Sandbox, and Rio when I see the opportunity. Plus, I play on any maps during DM Tournaments. I am going to list out some options I can consider for buying in the Tanker's Day sale. If there are any items you recommend be discarded from an option in the list, don't be afraid to say so. I CAN afford all the items in any option below. If you want to play XP, get Rail M2. If you want to hold off from that and stick to regular battles at that rank, get Rico M2. It's killer on the battlefield.

That is true albeit Thunder is technically the most underpowered turret in the game for its sluggish reload. And, other dead turrets like Freeze and Shaft have been deprived of their initial effectiveness. This is what has made the game unbalanced. When you look at Isida and Hammer with maximum micro-upgrades, they can completely dominate in their own right of circumstances. But, you may have also noticed how effective turrets that unlock from are without MU's. It gives players time to work on mico-upgrades to suffice to the capacity of higher ranked weapons. But, we really have 3 turrets in the game that are practically "nerfed."

Guardian

When the sale comes, get Kodiak T-A. Twins is not really a big threat if you are camping, but Railguns and Thunders do some serious damage from a distance. So, having resistance against those turrets and Firebird for Vulcan's burning effect will suit you better than having protection from Twins, Firebird, and Hammer as those guys won't really target you in CP if you are camping. I want Firebird M3 so that I will have my short range weapons: Isida (working on M4) for healing and surviving, Freeze for cooling and freezing, and Firebird for burning. For the modules, I want Shark T-B (Smoky, Railgun, Vulcan) but I am still deciding between 2 other modules for short range: Badger T-F (Firebird, Twins, Freeze) and Lion T-A (Firebird, Twins, Hammer). Also, keep in mind that if I get Lion T-A, I will use Inferno LGC as a back-up when Freeze is a threat in battle. If I get Badger T-F, I will solely be using that module and Nano for short range battles since I will have all the protections I need.

What to buy? Nothing. Which is better? Any team that's not yours. Look at your tank. Look at theirs. Look who wins. Your team is winning, and you finally find the right team in your XP match. Not anymore. You can keep trying, but you might as well not.

Get Atlas or Minotaur. They are both good.

If Vulcan doesn't need many MU's, there's no question you should do Hammer M4! It's one of the mightiest M4's in the game.

M4 Hammer is still the cheapest :) Not considering XP, I play on mostly short and medium range maps with the exception of long range for missions. I don't know if I should get Vulcan on this account because I would rather MU my Thunder, Smoky, and Railgun. What do you think about getting Vulcan? I don't see why it would be necessary. However, I will save up for Firebird M3 after the next sale because I want the burning effect. I have come to a conclusion already on the modules I'll be getting, which are Lion T-A (Firebird + Twins + Hammer) and Shark T-B (Smoky + Railgun + Vulcan).
