Viking M1. Unless you play in very big maps. If you're like me and like to play in Rio (although hornet is also good there) and Polygon (Where viking is 100% better off unless you're using rail) choose Viking. Hunter, well, costs a lot, and seriously, at that rank, you should be saving for M2's.

About @LIMITFULL, I'm completely fine for him to be a crested. When I first joined this clan, he was the one who went out and wanted to friend me. He friended me before I started playing the next day to friend others in the clan! He has always been nice in battles and never slacks off. :) :) :)

Yes. I checked. However, sometimes a one-shot may come in handy so that you have a full two shots (or if unlucky, one shot) next time.
