I am unable to vote, so I'll put my opinion here. The clan hierarchy should have some kind of 'earn respect' kind of mechanism. If you're liked enough, you're respected, you've followed the rules, then you get to be some kind of higher rank. In a nutshell: Current ranking system is okay, though all members should be dragon at start, then they work their way up through ranks through worthy actions, respect gained, etc. Members vote 'yes' or 'no' on whether a person should be promoted or not. Those who are promoted will be in charge of certain things like clan training times, who gets accepted, who gets banned, etc. My opinion: Dragonet: Hasn't joined clan yet. Opinion will be respected, but they can't do much. Dragon: Opinions will be openly heard and considered, as a member of the clan. Elder Dragon: Heavy sway in opinion. Their votes will be very respected, and their commands must be followed by all ranked below. Elite Dragon: Essentially, they're mini-leaders. They control certain things, but as a group. Right-Talon Dragon: About as close to being a leader without actually being one. They have a lot of power behind them, and whatever they say, goes without hesitation. It takes a long time to get this kind of position. Left-Talon Dragon: See above. Leader: The leader is God to you. Nobody outranks them, and they are the only ones who can outright banish a user from the clan for any amount of time. It takes a ridiculous amount of hard work and dedication (plus votes) to reach the head of the clan, but once you do, you control everything.

To be honest, I think hill would be better for the clan war, since wave usually tends to become a hide-and-stall game with rails and shafts. EDIT: Forget what I said, didn't read the previous posts closely enough.

Somehow I feel like Enjin would be nice for this clan, like most of the other gaming clans I'm in - there's forums and subforums for different topics, meaning that we can organize chat and so on.

To do: Edit those rules. No multiclanning (DEFINITELY no multiclanning), penalties for leaving this clan for another (can't come back in or something like that), kick after 2 warnings (back in mah day, one warning was enough for a ban!), penalties for dishonourable activity (spying on other clans, spamming in game chat, excessive bragging, etc.), severe penalties for lying, etc. RAWR IM STRICT EDIT: And maybe some kind of 'history' section in the application. We can learn more about the member in that way, if they've been banned before, if they've been accused of hacking, if they have alts that are way higher/lower, etc.
