Well I haven't used it, but it has a fast reload anyway, so I doubt -20% reload will be the worst thing ever. Also, speed of projectiles and range of min damage helps more for long distance gameplay. So it seems like it will help out a lot for medium/long distances, with damage and speed, but not so much with close range, due to the reload.

It has gone a bit more towards luck, rather than skill I feel. I mean only 10 accounts are getting rewarded now. However, now there may be more competition to come in the top 10, to guarantee your place. I thought it would be better as only about 150 people get it right each time, but now they have a day to complete it, without having to worry about being fast. So they will probably be an increase in people who have got it right, meaning less chance of getting into the random 40. What do you all think?

They had been playing all that time, without any hope of crystal rewards. Now that they have 40k, they can be grateful that they at least have something, unlike before. Now they also have some rewards for earning the xp, which they previously did not have. I do agree that it is not completely fair, but that's life.
