Can you please explain a bit more clearly? Are you trying to say that you have Micro Upgraded M2 railgun to 50/50, and you have not recieved M3 Railgun?

Imagine if they put the Artillery/Rocket Launcher for sale, in the shop. :( But the thing is, with this new system, when those guns come out, many people will have to buy m2/m3, or nothing at all.

Ok, I know what you are thinking. Look at this nug, not even in the top 5! But I joined this 60 min battle, and played only 25 minutes of it. In addition, I am WO3, and there were 2nd lieutenants in that battle. >.< So if you believe me, know that you are very gullible, and I was multing half the time.
