Let me inform you that the phrase you used is normally used in condescending speech or text, which I presume is not what you meant to do.

Firstly, is there a limit to the number or chapters that this contest is going to go into? I've a plot in my mind that, if it goes my way, should be like 8 chapters. Secondly, if someone wins the first round, can they win again in later rounds? Or maybe no, so as to prevent one guy from ending up writing the entire story? Thirdly, who, and by what process, if any, decides the title of the final story?

I think you should campaign for a separate contest altogether... this one is liked by many, and not likely to change. I am not being condescending, I cannot find a better way to phrase this within the few minutes I've at hand, but if you don't like this, don't participate, and leave it in peace. Go the mag way and post a screenshot of you entry wherever you want. ^. Please, des? *looks with pleading, irrefutable anime eyes* I'm enraged.

Hello peeps, The result was as expected (lolthewhatever has potential, and will most likely improve a lot if he heeds to valuable feedback, but on a personal note from me, don't swell up on third place... don't wanna say anything that might be offensive but you know what I told my keyboard before smashing backspace), and instead of being heartbroken I was happy that the people recognised me atleast as a good writer if not a civilised stickler to rules. Your votes didn't achieve their original purpose due to a few regrettable and of mine, and I apologise, but do know that they were not vain. It was valuable encouragement. I did at AWS for a brief time what I was good at doing, and I was rewarded by appreciation. I did at off-topic what I had no control over, and I regret it. Know thyself, that's a valuable lesson. Thank you. PS: I'll try to come back to AWS, though it's difficult given the circumstances in real life.
