True, but the freezing effect is not as buffed as much as "freeze players" wanted it to be. There will most likely be an alternation for freeze that will improve that aspect ( alternations were mostly a money driven update as well IMHO).

Not really, there was only a small change ( 2-3%) in dps. Maybe if it were like 10-15% change in dps.

Those who like rail don't use it because they think it is good; but rather for how hard it is to compete with others in battle. This helps hone skills for XP/BP ( soon new format) or it just makes it more challenging which adds more risk, which leads to nostalgia for some. Rail is only really OP when using DD or aiming for lower modification hulls. Camping on the other hand...

No...just, no -_- Canada may be located on the same continent as USA, but that does not by any means make them Americans. If that were the case, then people in Spain could be Germans ( not including the naturalization process). Also, look up something called " The Intolerable Acts". This is a forum, it is encouraged that others interact with various posts whether being brought into the conversation or not ( unless it goes against the rules of course).
