Best thing to do is recording a video about the hacker. Also those hackers who violate the Game rules should be reported in the sections which are appropriate for reporting rule violations. The section called ''Game violations''. may be used to report hacking of any kind in the game. Before creating a new topic there read the section rules carefully. Once again, recording a video is the best option so do that please and read the section rules in there, video shouldn't be less than 5 minutes and not more than 15 minutes. About this part, that is called bonus which is only given to premium players and not to all players which is why you didn't get the bonus and which is why it was crossed out. More info about the premium can be found in here. There is another one called beginner pass as well.

Isida to me is a weapon, mainly shared between players and used it equally, now some might say that girls use it more often but everyone uses whatever he/she enjoys most whether it is a girl or not. Ignore such players, no player can just hack you or ban you and if they say that, simply ignore the player and even add them to your blacklist. In case your account ever gets hacked, please use this form. More info.

If you were the one who is getting angry, what would you have thought of the person who is trash talking you and making you angry? I mean what sort of way you would have thought about him/her? Think yourself being in their position and see if you can feel anything or if anything will bother you. That is how others feel as well, not a good thing to do, right.
