@Duftanker once you fill one of the forms you have to confirm them all in order to get a ticket yourself so did you confirm it by going to your email and following the link given in there? Also my first question should be clearer now. I'm assuming that you sent an email to them instead of using one of the new forms they have made, correct me if I'm mistaken.

Ok, listen. Let me ask you view questions and I hope you will answer them one by one. First of all, which account is the one you trying to change the password for, is it the account you are currently using @Dexter-550 or another account? Where exactly the problem is? Is it that you can log in your account normally, go to settings, request a new password, go to your email, click on the link for the new password and change your password successfully. Is that the password that is not working once you have followed all the steps and still says wrong password? Or the problem is that you can't even access your account from the start at all? And last but not least, did you fill the form to contact the Help desk and got a ticket for yourself?

One of my favourite and truly a masterpiece.

What do you use to play the game? What exactly do you use? Official Client, Mozilla, Chrome, Opera, Standalone Flash Player, or perhaps some other app called Tanko that some players use?
