Sometimes they are open but most of the time they are not open for public and Russian testers only have those codes so what you can do is either way till they are open for public or simply apply as a RU tester in the RU Forum.

If they get around this part which you mentioned, I think it is pretty much good to go, at least for me so I hope they will sort this part in one way or another.

The test servers aren't a playground and since the test servers are mostly used for a reason - testing. Sometimes mass testings are held which means you can access the servers without a code. The rest of the time you will need a code that only Testers and specific players have. Unfortunately no one else knows these codes but if you become a RU tester, you will be able to have access but you should be fluent with RU language to be accepted as a tester.

Great, it happens to some players when they buy some equipment or when someone buys crystals and their money gets refunded but if it is working like it is, I guess nothing to worry about. :)

Not sure if I understood it correctly but it is perhaps the daily Events? Also about your Clan, contact the support team by filling this form. You will be given a ticket later on but confirm the form by going to the email you will put in there since the conformation link will be sent in there.

If you press the “Battle” button and there isn’t an existing battle suitable for your rank, the system will automatically create a standard battle for you, and start sending other players your way.Which is why you are sent into some empty servers sometimes. Also there is a way for you to join only DM battles or whichever format you prefer and the ''Battle'' button won't take you anywhere other than DM. All you gotta do is to click on DM, don't highlight other battle formats such as CP or other ones you don't like and if you press or click on the battle button, it will only search DM battles for you.

It is called ''Zero supply''. It is a new supply added to the game and the devs are still planning on changing it around but that remains to be seen. You can activate it by pressing Shift key. Doesn't matter which one, both them will activate it once it reaches 100%.
