Yep, play in NON-pro battles as Cyborg said or make sure you are not playing a battle where alterations are disabled, in such battles, alterations will not work even if you have equipped them or not. Other's seem to be doing well and their alterations is working for them as well, mine is working for me too. Try doing the following please and let us know.

Well this is awesome, mine was quite different back in the day when it used to happen to me quite often, sometimes the notification didn't or popped up that way but instead took half of the screen and so I was playing like that till I finished the battle since 30% of the screen was blocked for me. :lol:

Which is why they are working on moving from Flash to HTML5, finally we all can get rid of this once and for all. :) Lags and errors are in the game, there are few ways to reduce them till we move from Flash, so try doing these methods till the day comes.

First, IQ means (Intelligence Quality) and there are several different websites you can check and do the test, one of them is here, once again there are thousands of different webs you can do the IQ test. :rolleyes:

If the problem continues, you can try changing of what you are using now, if it is a browser, try a different one, if it is Client, try the Standalone and so on. You can also try clearing your cache if that will help depending on what you are using now.

Don't think so, some others also face similar issues but never report them and therefore it might sometimes look like one person is having this or that issue while actually multiple people are.

Did you perhaps got the battle reward, you seen the battle reward when you refreshed? Did you join the battle before the battle ended when you refreshed or you missed the timer and got kicked, explain it a bit more if possible, thanks.

Oh so your account has been suspended, unfortunately there is nothing you can do in that case. You can do what I said if your account hasn't been blocked but if it is than I guess that one is gone, you just have to be more careful with your other account(s). When exactly your account was suspended, during the normal days you were using the account or when the account got stolen? If the account got suspended during the time your account was stolen than I believe you can get your account back but that is ONLY and only if the account was stolen during that period of time.

We lock topics when the player requests it or when the problem has been answered or solved. :) But from what I see in his problem, it is a very common problem and no one ever missed his/her crystals, never so must have been the same for him as well even if he doesn't remember how much crystals he had.

Make sure you confirm it first and sometimes for some players out there the confirmation link (after filling the form) doesn't work on chrome and opera. If you open the confirmation link on chrome, It will open the application form again and it won't confirm, and you won't get a ticket number and moreover, that confirmation link won't work again. Therefore, you'll have to fill the form again so it is better to open the confirmation link on Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Good luck!

True, you can also minimize what apps are running in your taskbar so reducing them should make it a bit better, one other thing is that to run off most of the window's unnecessary features but it is not an optional thing, also when there are sales, many players try to get into the game, take part in the sale(s) so it becomes a bit more laggier than before but after the sales are over, the lag gets reduced quite a lot.

And once again to prevent any future problems please remember that if you will not get a ticket in a few days, it is because sometimes for some players, in Chrome and Opera the link for the confirmation link (after filling any form) doesn't work on these 2 browsers making it impossible for you to get a ticket number. Therefore, you'll have to fill the form again so it is better to open the confirmation link on Firefox or Microsoft Edge just to be 100% sure.

Try using a different Gift card like Paysafecard for example, it allows you to do the exact thing you mentioned now.
