Sometimes for some players, in Chrome and Opera the link for the confirmation link (after filling any form) doesn't work on these 2 browsers making it impossible for you to get a ticket number. Therefore, you'll have to fill the form again so it is better to open the confirmation link on Firefox or Microsoft Edge just to be 100% sure. Good luck!

Quite few things could have triggered the error. Mainly or normally it is lag but it can also be a server one too sometimes and you won't be able to get the crystals/score you lost in that battle back as Help Desk stop doing that. Unfortunately there are several ways you can prevent or at least reduce such things happening to you again which is explained in here and I encourage you to play small battles to avoid losing such high amount of score/reward.

You should have already received your crystals now, it is been in the game for some time now, hopefully it will be fixed as some players get confused when they see it for the first time. Closed.

The kill is reduced because people sometimes would self-destruct/reload the game to get their health back, and some just thought it was funny to self-destruct, reload, or even re-join the game, or even to jump off the map, and some would do it for sabotage so I'm assuming it is the same when reloading the battle. Not sure if it will be a good thing to suggest as an idea but you can ask Maf. Complaint book is a good place to post such question or complain like Mario said. Open the app, click on ''File'' and click on open. Here is a picture for you. Now that you have opened, you need to insert one of the links given in here. Go all the way down till you see ''Standalone Flash Player'' and choose a server for yourself, copy the link and past it in the small menu you opened in the app.

Actually I tried clicking on mark all read and I had around 10-19 new notifications un-read and untouched and I got the error, never really tried marking notifications as read cos I always take care whenever a new one comes but yeah.

Topic merged Not sure exactly what you mean by tax but you don't pay tax when you are buying kits or even crystals to the best of my knowledge, everything is already included in there so you pay what you see.

How long have you been having this issue? Did you perhaps try waiting it for couple hours perhaps or trying it later another time?

As I said, everyone has permission as far as I know, it is just a bug recently in the Forum, it gives me same error as you 2 are getting, here it is when I click on it. Let's wait till they sort it out.

You have to fill the form and wait 24h for them to reply, sometimes it might take more than 24h so it is better to be patient than send multiple applications one after another as that will only slow your process of getting an actual answer/solution for your problem. Also the confirmation link (after filling the form) doesn't work on chrome and opera. If you open the confirmation link on chrome, It will open the application form again and it won't confirm, and you won't get a ticket number and moreover, that confirmation link won't work again. Therefore, you'll have to fill the form again so it is better to open the confirmation link on Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Good luck!
