Post merged This is the way product kits are designed to function; they come and go from the garage. If you are at the rank in which the product kit is available, you will notice a deadline listed in the garage description of the product kit. After this deadline has been reached, the kit will disappear from the garage for an unknown amount of time. You have encountered a bit of bad luck and timing. For now, you can use your crystals to buy a different piece of equipment, or you can wait around two weeks for the kit to return to the garage. I guess you just have to wait till they appear again, nothing can be done about it since we helpers can't control the game. Since you seem to be using the Client like you said now, try following the instructions written in here and see if it will help.

Sometimes the Standalone Flash Player is way more convenient than Browsers, well at least to me so if you already cleared your browser cache as well as your Client cache like Ninja said, than you might as well give it a try. What is Standalone Flash Player?

Agreed, I have noticed it as well. Small example can be when you buy some bundles in the Shop which contain 1-7 days of premium depending on the bundle, they will add them if you buy a second bundle which also has premium.

I think you will suffer a little bit more because of the new update they added to the game since most players usually come and all servers are full, battles, so for the next day(s) it might not get better for all of us.

I forgot to mention that the confirmation link (after filling the form) doesn't work on chrome and opera. If you open the confirmation link on chrome, It will open the application form again and it won't confirm, and you won't get a ticket number and moreover, that confirmation link won't work again. Therefore, you'll have to fill the form again so it is better to open the confirmation link on Firefox or Microsoft Edge. So please keep this in mind, thank you.

Hmm... interesting indeed. I'm curious to know a little bit about this glitch so how quick/fast does/did it happen and did you ever tried changing it to something you want and it went back to the way you just described. Well there more things you can delete their cache which might help but did you try using the Client or you simply don't like it? What about Standalone Flash Player?

In addition to what , try restarting your router or modem as well and see if it will help.

I don't know if it will get accepted or what the devs will think about it or if they would find a solution for it but I guess it is worth suggesting in the I&S section.
