Rico has 2 alterations as well know but the one that makes your projectiles travel 100% faster just like Twins is definitely worth buying. Let's keep in mind that, you won't do self-damage to yourself so once again, it is worth getting. On the other hand, if we talk about the other alteration, it is more or less like ''Thunder'', every projectile you shoot deals small amount of splash damage so you barely will need it and the splash damage is really small, the range of it is small as well, don't see the point of getting that alteration in my opinion.

Try using the Standalone Flash Player, has less problems and low ping in case you never did it before.

If you are talking about the battle screen size, you can adjust it by pressing + and - keys like my fellow helper said. But if you want to adjust the browser's screen size, you can do so by pressing Ctrl + and Ctrl -

If you already tried doing this than I would recommend you to use the Standalone Flash Player or try using the Browsers till the Client works for you once again.

How many times did it drop and how often? If it is only once than it is normal as Golds drop normally in all battles even if someone didn't drop them unless the option for Gold Boxes is disabled. More info about the Golds can be found in here.

Yes, you are. Please check this important reminder. The confirmation link (after filling the form) doesn't work on chrome and opera. If you open the confirmation link on chrome, It will open the application form again and it won't confirm, and you won't get a ticket number and moreover, that confirmation link won't work again. Therefore, you'll have to fill the form again so it is better to open the confirmation link on Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Good luck!
