There are still some T-shirts were Isida and Hornet are and few other gadgets sill to this day but mainly there used to be two Shops where you can buy Tanki gadgets. Shop 1 and Shop 2. The second shop ships in more countries while the first shop ships only in Russia, I'm not sure if the second shop ships to your country, so you should check that as well. If you click on Shop 1, you can see that they are still working on them if you read the small message before it brings you back to the homepage.

Fill the form again and keep in mind that the confirmation link (after filling the form) doesn't work on chrome and opera. If you open the confirmation link on chrome, It will open the application form again and it won't confirm, and you won't get a ticket number and moreover, that confirmation link won't work again. Therefore, you'll have to fill the form again so it is better to open the confirmation link on Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Good luck!

Interesting, haven't really heard about that other problem tho. How often did you encounter it and did you take any pictures or videos about it, it would help a lot when I'm reporting it. In the future if you have a mission that says get 10 kills and you kill 10 person while recording but at the end of the battle, it displays or shows that you killed only 7 tankers please make sure you get a good video out of it, if possible. I would appreciate it since it is something that needs to be reported. :)

Does it show the same settings on your Browser as well? If, it does than the problem is within your Computer because NO matter what platform you use, you can still see all graphics.

It could be related to the other problems, glitches and few other things that were happening for the past 2 days including some of the servers being unplayable or the usual thing which is lag. Try to change the tanki link so before "tankionline.com.....", add something like "123.tankionline.com", or you can simply add your nickname rather then "123.tankionline.com". This may reduce your lags, but it works for me, whenever I want to play, I always change the link and I don't get any lags so you should try it as well. Other possible solutions to do are the following: Enter the game through this site. How to reduce lags. High ping. How to clear your Browser cache. If none of those work, usually when you restart your computer and/or clear your browser catch, it should make a better. Although, do those links first. And lastly but not least, if this happens more often, you can use Standalone Flash Player, it might prevent your ping from spiking when a gold box is dropping. It's a problem more players have reported over time, so we will keep passing it on to the developers. Yes, it is known glitch but usually players receive their crystals once they refresh their Browser/Client or whatever they were using or in some rare circumstances they get their crystals after the server restart unless they already got their reward right after the battle ends despite it being ''0''. Nonetheless, I will report it, thanks. :)

Not much can be done about it than :l, try to provide them with more info in case you didn't mention some things and you forgot to mention them, but if you did everything you could than it is better to forget I guess.

All discussion about the update should be kept in the official update topic. You may think that creating a separate topic will mean that developers will be more likely to notice it and take action, but you're wrong. Developers rarely check the rest of the forum and news topics are the only place where they seriously pay attention to feedback and take it into account. Forum moderator's job is to keep this discussion in those news topic and prevent it from being diverged to other places on the forum which is why I redirected you in here as this place is the place where they will read player's posts, feedback, etc. :)

The individual who is doing the purchase should contact the support team if the payment he/she was using, isn't working for him/her. Contact your local bank and see if the problem is their side, contact Paypal support team and let them know about the problem and ask them why they are not accepting your payment option and they will tell you exactly what is wrong whether they will say that they won't such such card(s) or payment methods anymore or something completely different, contact them and explain to them.

It is not about the Admin. ;) Gold boxes are completely random, they have a 1 in 10,000 chance of dropping. The only way for Users, Helpers and Admins to drop a Gold Box is by using the "Gold Box Supply" feature. Their place where the Golds drop and when they will drop are random and how often they are being dropped so for example when we sometimes have some sort of sales and Golds drop twice more often. Originally the Gold Box was dropped when battle the fund reached a multiple of 700 crystals. Since Update 1.78.0 it can now appear in a battle with any fund size. The probability is 1 in 10,000. Since no one can tell when a Gold will be dropped, sometimes they might even drop right when the battle is about to end, it can't be helped. (: This section is made for technical issues and problems.
