You seem to have few Turrets already M1 so since you don't have any small or medium Hull as M1, I would definitely recommend you to go for Viking. Also Viking is a great Hull and well balanced one, I'm sure you will like it.

No, spectator mode applications are closed and spectator is not meant for everyone for different reasons. Many times it has been suggested in the Ideas and Suggestions section to make it available for everyone and yet it was declined. Spectator applications are currently closed till our dear CM decides to open them.. but even though the applications are currently closed, yet they are not closed. Yes, they are not. Our preview CM said the following thing in the Spectator Mode Applications's topic: ''I might open applications again. But that remains to be seen. In the meantime, if you want spectator mode, you'll have to do a really good job with videos and impress the community. If you're good enough, your work will come to light.'' So as you see, although the applications are closed, yet they are not. Do your best and you will be seen one day instead of waiting the applications to ''officially'' be opened again.

Next time they will be removed but this time, let's let it be in there...;p By the way, what said is true but there is not just one offer but different ones so you will see many different versions of it and this is just one of them, I have seen 3 so far but not all, if you are lucky, you might get the best one of them all which I don't know since I didn't see them all or simply this but yeah, keep buying till one day you get one of those special ones.
