Well, I am sorry but I don't agree with you. Supplies were introduced into the game to be used by people. I know that there are some XP/BP pros out there but one day try to play a normal battle using XP/BP without supplies, we'll see how much your mind will help you ;)

Well there are a series of questions which you must answer when you write your application to the help support. If you answer correctly to those questions then you have a chance to get the accounts back.

You can use the puffin browser app to enter the game but it would be hard to play. You can use it to claim your mission rewards, upgrade stuff, etc..

In my opinion it's lag, it also happened to me once. Just close your client and refresh your homescreen.

They get their gold box supplies from missions, next time try to change your missions till you get a gold box quest.

It takes some time to update the list of members online on the forum. Please be patient.

It's only when you're in the fantom state that it works. No need to worry as it does not affect that much.
