I guess Repair Kit is really useful if you don't want to lose your flag. :) Although it's useless if the blue base entrances are heavily mined as you die inmediately.

No. It's a simple 1 flag CTF game. Those are usually over in a few seconds. The blue guy is most likely the alt of one of the red guys. It's a pro battle, so the autobalance of teams don't apply. Considering the score of the red players they killed the enemy tank more than 50 times.
