Well, what he meant was that everyone close enough would get the last tier, not just him (Or at least thats how I read it.) I doubt its gonna happen. Not many people who are that close wont no-life the few battles needed to get the stars. This is essentially the same as just making the last tier 20 stars less, and why would they do that?

Since for some reason you actually are still pretending to not understand, Ill waste my time explaining it to you. The player in question did not know that there was a requirement (average or higher) to get an animated paint of his choice. He thought there was no such threshold to reach. If that were the case, he would have had to do no work in order to secure his paint. We can tell that he wanted it, otherwise he would not have spent the crystals on the paint. Therefore, we can say that the player wanted rewards for "doing nothing" (as you put it) or thought you would just do nothing and get something (As Viking put it.) Wording doesnt matter, buts its best to cover all my bases. There, finished. God, I feel like Im talking to a third-grader...

Yall assume that just cuz they are nice once means that they have to do that same thing every time, and if not, then they are "nob greddy devss hhh ruining game xaxaxa sad noob hhhh".
