I believe, developers are working on it, but for now just try other versions of the game, for example, client or HTML5.

If you have noticed some items missing, please wait for the scheduled restart of servers. (Usually at 2am UTC+0) 3. If the crystals were not returned to your account after the restart, you need to contact technical support using this form. If a loss of crystals has really taken place, they will be returned to your account. ( I lost crystals/exp/items from my account )

Actually, it's normal situation. It means, server is under repair and will be launched again as soon as possible.

These glitches/bugs happens for everyone, I guess it's client problem, I recommend you, to try other options to play Tanki. You can find those options (Here)
