You won't be able to add an image through HTML so the best way to do it is to use Standalone Flash player to open Tanki. You can download it through here underneath "Sequence of Actions". Once you've managed to download it, you need to copy this link: http://tankionline.com/AlternativaLoader.swf?config=c1.tankionline.com/config.xml&resources=s.eu.tankionline.com&lang=en&locale=en Open Standalone Flash, click File, Open and then paste this link in and you will have entered the game. After that, you will be able to do the original step that I sent you above.

They are in Matchmaking battles from 13-18 UTC during 24th - 31st August. See here. You have to remember that there's never going to be enough spectators to cover every single battle so your best chance to meet one is to play for the majority of the specified times above.
