Most solutions have been provided above. Another point, on the game, go to settings and turn off lighting, dust particles and special effects. My old PC had a very low FPS and this really helped. It may also be that your PC is old? Getting a new PC would be another solution - don't spend money trying to fix your current PC if it is old - you may as well get a new PC if you spend money. If your account was hacked, the hacker would have needed your E-mail password to change the E-mail. Did you give anyone either your tanki password or email password? If so, this may be the cause of your problem. The only help I can give is email help@tankionline.com again and explain the problem fully and provide your IP address. Try using another browser or uninstalling and reinstalling your main browser. I had the same problem and I did what I suggested to you and it worked. If not, try logging in to on another computer to see if it is Tanki or your browser/PC. Hope this helps. TGS

I totally agree but I like the new rico!!

No offence but I totally disagree. I think rico is now perfect as it wasn't very good before on m0 m1 or m2. It WAS only "OK" on m3. Now u can use m2 rico in a generalissimo battle and do quite well. In my eyes, you seem afraid of change. It will take time to get used to. When the physics update came out, it was really weird then a few weeks later, I didn't even remember what the old version was like! Keep playing and ignore it. To be honest I think twins is really annoying. The rate of fire with unlimited ammo just destroys!! I think the rebalance is now great and I am definitely getting rico m3 when I'm right rank.

Nice guide, few grammatical errors but I won't be nit picky. Concise, informative, well made and nice picture! I have mammy and freeze M3! It's annoying though cos whenever I go get freeze mammy to defend, no one attacks, then when I change to maybe rail, our base gets swarmed!! Also, you may be able to mention a good weapon to defend in a clan championship as you cannot use freeze?? I think Twins is pretty good on Viking in a hard format clan war!! (Especially when there's 2!!)

Hi, I recently got a new laptop. On my old laptop, I used the normal tank controls of forwards, left right and backwards to move and zxc to turn the turret - this worked fine. When I got my new one, I used the same controls but I can only press 2 keys at one time!!! If I use the alternate controls of WASD and <>? to turn the turret, I CAN press more than 2. Why is this and can it be fixed WITHOUT buying a new keyboard? Please help as this restricts me from using turrets such as fire, freeze, twins, shaft, ricochet. I can pretty much only use rail and thunder.

I am saving up and when I am the right rank, what shall I get: Firebird M3 or Rcochet M3. Here is my garage so far: Firebird M2, Freeze M3, Isida M3, Twins M3, Ricochet M2, Smoky M2, Thunder M3, Railgun M3, Shaft M3. Hornet M3, Viking M3 Mammoth M3, Wasp M2, Dictator M2. I have all paints costing 500-3000 and then Cedar, Spark, Urban, Savanna, Emerald, Inferno, Needle, Prodigi, Taiga.

God mode is probably just a member of the tanki desk who can alter certain things in the game. It is probably a person who works for tanki who is ABLE to make a "test server account" on the real game as on the test server, you can change your ranks. Not too much to get worked up about.

Well it depends. There are many variables: Whether or not supplies are used, map size, battle mode, battle rank and how many players there are. There are probably more but they are quite a few reasons that make this test unfair. If you wanted to do something like this, you would need to specify some of the variables I listed above.

Ricochet has become GREAT after the rebalance. It is probably (in my opinion) the best weapon for parkour. I use test server lots and for parkour I use Ricochet and Wasp! Brilliant
