I agree with most of it. Twins should be placed higher thanks to its new augments while Magnum should be D+.

Topic moved. The player you were facing probably had the "Mechanic" drone equppied. One of this drone's abilities is to reduce Repair Kit's cooldown.

The developers never mentioned why some skins do not have their own showcase bundle, but Isida XT is not the only skin that is missing a bundle.

Tanki is not "going away" from India. As to how long you should wait, I cannot give you an answer as nobody knows the answer to that as of yet.
