well semyon you stand behind your word on customer service ...........who is to work and help players resolve issues well i just had a report turn down like all my others when im in the right ..and they are refusing to give me my 1k in gold box crystals where i took the gold and yet it did not indicate it for my name then about 45 seconds later i get killed and the box goes to another player and your staff is telling me they wont and refuse to give me what i deserve ...#2384203. please look into this and this time they can't say they don't understand it cause they returned my emails about 5 times ..and now have closed my case just like they have done many times in the past and this is how they operate ...and yea this lady is P*** ROARING MAD >>i spend good money here and I"m not a kid....................
