ok its no problem i just had all the same issues earlier today so i understand and the main mod / dev is off line now.. he helped me most of it so this is his video he produced to help players never a problem If you are having issues with email there are a number of things that could be happening.. first see if you have more then one account on the same email if so you need to make new emails for each and everyone of the accounts...then enter in new email and that location is on top of the screen in the sprocket location and this is the link to help you from there ... http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=305982&page=4&do=findComment&comment=5304377 if you get a box saying not unique'' this means you need a different email for it ..when you get a letter and you open it and then get a posting of "" recovery of a link this means you need to go back to your email address and re-enter it but you will need to wait for a bit then do it ..if you type in email address to many times it could lock your system / fllod it with too many commands and it will happen ..not to worry wait about 1 hour and go back and retype in email or another one and then follow with the instructions it should work after that..

try retyping it into the system again and if not then you will have to link it with a new email..if you have more then one account then it wont post to your email..only one email to each account ..

you might have to link it to a new email ..i had issues and mine kept saying not a unique email ..so it took time but thats what i ended up having to do now im good to go
