what i`m trying to say is i checked with my internet provider and they said for us to check where our router is located and to move it closer the the main floor phone jack ..then replace the phone lines to your computer and other resources ..see if this helps..then clean out the cache and other stuff tanki recommads and
and then if this still don`t work then increase your internet and down load a updated program to what tanki will be using for unity
