I mean that it's safer for the Mammoth to touch enemies from the sides. The hits get registered much quicker than ramming them with the front or back, at least if you don't have god ping, where this advice wouldn't apply. Seems like this holds up 2 years later.

The radius is 7.5 metres which is a Viking and a half. The best thing to do is to run away from it from behind. The range effectively becomes smaller when taking into account latency but that's only when they're in front or behind you. The best place to deal damage with the OD is on the sides.

Fortunately for you, all heavy hulls now have the same speed as Mammoth. ? Some people don't like slow gameplay. I personally don't like get one-shotted by breeze so light hulls aren't for me. If you're into support fire, then heavy hulls are good to use.

That's not a bug. That's how it works.

Did it for AP Ricochet.

What Is Your Opinion About the Current State of Tanki Online?
TheCongoSpider replied to Maf in Game Discussion
I guess I have to be glad none of them had Smoky protection. -
How flabbergasted I was seeing a Tesla Paladin with 4 protections and a Defender drone capturing all 7 flags and only dying twice. Clearly this was unprecedented. Who could have possibly seen this coming?

An up-to-date recording of the Mobile frame freeze bug.
-
Would I need a video for each turret or will one suffice?
-
I will try. As an added note, it also happens with AP Striker (and presumably Stun Striker as well).

I don't know if this is how the game works in general or if this is specific to the mobile version, but it would be great if it accurately reflected what's happening. #1. If you leave a battle right after your Lifeguard drone activates and enter a new one quicklyp enough, your Lifeguard still follows the cooldown in real time. #2. If you shoot a Dilatory Protocol ball lightning before you die, the reload is not reset upon respawn. This does not happen in the PC version of the game so they have an advanatge there.
-
To add to this, this also happens with AP Ricochet and Smoky status augments.

The other 7 gave 5 commons, 1 uncommon and a football paint. Better luck next time.

I don't notice anything like this. I lag because there are special missions and the presence of groups generates large maps constantly.

What's wrong?

I wouldn't call this a bug given how...layery and choppy their mobile user interface is. This was changed since February 2021. They passively refresh after one hour.

I'll be frank; I've been procrastinating on completing the areas for Smoky. And at the back of my mind, I had the feeling that Smoky's ricoheting angle would be buffed at some point. It seems like a negligible buff but they wouldn't change it to such a weird number without reason. This will surely open up a few more bounce spots with certain prop positions.

Thankfully a score penalty was added. But the other parameters are still too high.
-
And as expected, you changed nothing with Paladin's insane Overdrive charge parameters.
-
The only useful Tesla augments to invest in are Adrenaline and Acceleration Protocol.
-
Clearly not happening since they've been doubling down on making the sniping shot more effective than the arcade shot.
-
Gauss has doubled critical damage.

I don't know why as well. Hammer has been broken ever since its clip reload buff, and no one seemed to be complaining about it. Now come in Blunderbuss, a constant, disgusting reminder of why the clip reload was buffed in the first place. Bring in its AP augment, which became god tier after that buff due to it being self-sufficient and able to chain the AP (by that time the target is already dead). In the Patch Note they said they removed the clip reload speed bonus, but it was never removed, so you had a Hammer with practically infinite ammo, disabling your protections with every 3rd shot. Then it became bugged into almost unplayability. That was a breath of relief for me and then it got fixed, and became even better than before. Now they pretty much don't miss me at all and have become even more obnoxious with Booster. Bring in its latest UC augments to further justify its clip reload changes and to solidify that this is the new Hammer that is here to stay. As for why people yell to nerf Shaft, that's probably in its mechanics. No one likes being one-shotted without having a chance to fight back. No one likes a Shaft Titan sitting in one part of the map for 7 minutes racking up free kills while putting in no effort. Shaft's buffs since June 2020 have been exacerbating this phenomenon; making the sniping shot everyone hates fighting against more potent and making the arcade shot pitifully weak to justify it. The crux came with the latest buff, allowing it to charge it's sniping shot to full even faster. This made HC, the prime camping tool, powerful, even powercreeping LC. That's bad design off the bat. Then they attempt to justify it with reducing the charging of lower modifications, but endgame modifications remain untouched. HC is the biggest problem currently. This needs to get nuked first and foremost.

Or it could also be its AP or EMP augment. Y'know, those that give a status that reduces the enemy's effective HP on the last shot, AND a 10% boost to the clip reload, because 2021 balancing. Or it could just be the Booster drone carrying it. A Hammer with Booster deals the damage damage as an HC Shaft without DD. I.e it will one-shot anything unprotected and one-shot light hulls with DA. And it gets two of those shots during the Booster activation. Great examples are videos like this. For the good half of 2021, I loathed this specific combo because it infested DM modes and made it unenjoyable for me (thank glorious drone balancing once again).
