I've had this happen a few times before but didn't think much of it. Getting stunned while the ball lightning cooldown is active won't allow the subsequent ball lightning to spawn.

Not anymore.

Increases your Smoky's normal damage and slightly increases your critical damage, however the reload is 40% longer and your projectile speed is decreased by 25%. It is not a good augment.

Or a status effect.

To be honest, I'd rather not be stuck in Highways, Scope, Dusseldorf, Massacre, Brest or Stadium any longer than 7 minutes. And I'm sure you might have a similar opinion if you played some battles in those maps after all the balance changes you've missed. ?

It removes the ability for Ricochet to bounce its shots, but it gains splash damage. However the splash damage it gains is miniscule. You're generally better off using Stock.

Barring the existence of EMP Rounds for Smoky, do you really think Smoky is doing Thunder's job better? And not Striker?

No. They are droneless.

These are likely players that are unaware. There are those at sub-Legend ranks, and those at Legend ranks. Go into any random battle and you'll very likely 1-3 players without a drone or a barely upgraded drone. Increase the capacity of the map, increase that number. I could ask why players camp with Rapid-fire Mode instead of using Stock or any other augment for Shaft. I could ask why players equip the Miner drone but don't use any mines at all. I could ask why players use heavy hulls with Firebird. All of the above make no sense/are counterproductive yet they still happen. You can stop making guesses and start seeing facts if you just play. You haven't even played against a Tesla after its garage release yet were quick to shut down the suggestion of nerfing Titan's Overdrive, of which the complaint was brought up because of, guess what, Tesla.

That's not a bug. And what's so hard about opening the special missions one time.

Just over an hour ago, I got my 5th Driver to 20/20. I was excited to see what changes they were going to make to drones, dearly hoping it would be a nerf to Defender and Booster. Maybe even a Driver buff. Oh how to my surprise, they attempt to justify this poor excuse of a drone by reducing its price and unlock rank. The era of Driver is over.

If you were still playing, you'd quickly realise that there is still quite a number of droneless players at endgame. - _-

I think it's worth noting that yesterday, the EXP gained from Dictator's Overdrive was 20 (It was 60 for the longest time, as far as I've been aware). After the Ultra Weekend started, it's now back to 60. Why do they keep making these silent changes.

Don't take what you see in the playstore seriously at this point. The fact that they stopped Mobile Patch Notes speaks for itself.

Seems too weak with a - 35% damage penalty. This is broken if the damage increase is on the sniping shot.

It only received the 20% DPS nerf in June 2020 and then the Incendiary Band nerf earlier this year. Vulcan is hardly a problem anymore in 2021 what with all the other turrets getting buffed and Stun augments being created. Stun augments affect Vulcan and Railgun the hardest.
