I've had the Rio map quite a few times in MM. Only had Chernobyl MM twice so far. Would like to try the updated Highways more but only got it once so far... and even then only had about 2mins left of battle.

So pay to win. Everything the mods keep saying Tanki isn't. How is DA going to help? Doesn't that only work on the modules you've got? Or does pressing 2 now magically give protection for modules we haven't got? On paper Gauss shouldn't be able to one-shot medium hulls. But it does. I have about fifty respawns as testament to that.

A company with some morals might have made it fairer by either lowering the price of the Owl module to an affordable rate for a set period, or to at least allow access to the lower (M0/M1/M2) more affordable modules. Having SOME protection against Gauss is better than none, which is what Tanki has forced on the majority of us. So my opinion of tanki right now is not great.

Many Gausses I've seen camp with their backs to a wall. I can maybe get near enough to drop Wasps bomb and maybe take them out with the blast radius, but getting right up close to use Freeze? Not managed that yet. DA is irrelevant if you haven't got the Gauss module. My 3 highest mods (Rail, Rico, Hammer) aren't going to stop my Viking being slaughtered by Gauss from across the map. It's a turkey shoot for Gauss because most have no protection from it.

Can't help feeling that the more stuff Tanki puts in the game - animated paints, different alts, shot effects and now overdrives - the more it lags. I don't remember the lag two years ago, when there was much less "stuff" in the game.

Sorry. :P Being repeatedly killed by Gauss players no matter what turret or hull I use is starting to really grind. At least with Wasp and its (now more frequent) bomb I can get my own back by silently parking a bomb up its arse. No need for a turret on that Wasp.... just give me more bombs. :lol:

I think Gauss has made the game pretty much unplayable. Unless you're a Scrooge who saved up for months with at least 250K spare, you're going to fall into one of two camps: 1. Player with Gauss 2. Player with Gauss module. If you're not in either of those camps, you're going to spend your entire game time respawning. I just spent a couple of days using Wasp and various turrets. I liked Isida for its fairly fast killing, didn't like Wasp for how its so vulnerable. On the plus side.... I LOVE the bombs. Screw having a turret, can we just have bomb with every press of the Space Bar?

Pointless. You can have all the options but you're still stuck with the combo you entered the battle with, if Garage doesn't open.
