OMG...... that Shaft rebalancing in the test server.... was absolutely atrocious! Even when activated Hornet's OD, the final damage M4 Shaft shot did not always kill M4 medium hull. Even when firing another sniper shot and deal more than 3k without DD, it's still useless b/c its garbage damage RNG.....

I remember back when I was First Lieutenant, I was using M1 Cyclone (no MU that time) and M2 Dictator (got it from Simoom kit back at August 2018). Placed in Red team CTF Serpuhov and then one of my teammate started to spam gold boxes. What's the best part? One of the gold box drop zone was at blue team's base. Ho ho ho! Because Dictator's height and height advantage at my base, one salvo wasted 5 enemy tanks. That's 5 red numbers! Even better? One gold box dropped right at where I stand and snatched it! Same thing with the other gold too.

Nope, the invulnerability gold box grants 99% protection from everything. I do remember I use M2 Cyclone DD against that catcher. Guess what? Each rocket dealt around 13 damage. Other time, fired fully charged M2 Shaft’s shot..... dealt 23 damages.

But Congo, Cyclone has the ability to kill a M4 Dictator Orka within a salvo. In average, the 7th rocket delivers the fatal blow. Yes Uranium can do that, but only when Dictator lost more than 10% of his/her HP.

Ok it is an idea alternation I made that greatly benefits arcade shot while ditching sniper shot. For arcade, its energy consumption per shot is reduced by 20%. And energy recharge is 200 per second. Its firerate is 0.5 second. Meaning it takes 2 seconds to pump out all 5 shots. Can be attached with Short-band emitter while eliminating its increased reload time (which is 0.625 seconds). No sniper shot of course. And.... impact force reduced by 25%. Recoil increase by 25%.
