i find your post refreshing, actually. Most returnees flambast all the updates. You have made observations with an open mind. Some things you agree with and some you don't and that's okay. Taking a long break can give one new perspectives. I'm surprised you were able to meld right in after a long break. There was a game I played for several years and had an advanced account with super armor, super weapons...all the good stuff most players could only dream of. With the items in my bank (garage, here) I could fight anything, except one huge monstrosity that took several players to kill, much like Juggernaut. In game currency could not be bought, it had to be earned by doing kills. However, items could be bought and sold in-game and was a part of the game. That's how I struck it rich, by buying low and selling high; fighting high caliber beings with good drops. I took a year off meaning to be gone only a month (life happens, ya know). When I came back, I found out that there were some drastic changes made. All that good stuff in my bank were either outdated and could no longer be used or was so dirt cheap nearly everyone had them. One item I had cost 3 million in-game currency and only a few players had it. When I went back the item was less than 1 thousand currency and everyone had it. The beings I prided myself in being able to fight and survive had been either been reduced in HP or no long existed. In their place were beings much stronger than I could fight with my current weapons, armor and protection. Not only that, but the gameplay had changed completely....new interface, new territories with beings only the best of the best could conquer, new fighting styles. Like you described: Different game, same name. I started a new account and went through the tutorial (which had been reduced from 30 minutes of fun to 10 minutes of "Huh? What? This makes absolutely no sense, whatsoever." But I tried anyway. I just couldn't get the hang of the new game. The old game was still ingrained in my fibers. I tried to sell the stuff in my bank, that was coveted at one time, but no one wanted them. The outdated items couldn't even be put on the market. A lot of it I just dropped on the ground for anyone to pick up for free. No one picked them up. I was so devastated and discouraged, I dropped out of the game completely, never to return. That was about 6 years ago. In the forum of that game, I was told that after the big update, upgrade (whatever you want to call it) well over half of the players quit. This game had 10's of millions of players and reduced to a few thousand. So, I tip my hat to you for being able to so readily accept the changes and go on for more fun and games.

In Juggernaut mode, do kills made by players other than Juggernaut count towards stars? In other words, can a player go to Juggernaut and just kill other players without any regards to the Juggernaut and have those kills count towards stars?

I've been seeing Striker played a lot in Stadium RGB. They're usually on the ledge over the goal. If there's one on the enemy side, I'll load Striker protection (M2+) plus DD and fill him full of Vulcan lead.

If you have kept up with I&S, you will notice that several ideas have just been planned or implemented. I think when that was written the Devs may not have been accepting ideas. Go to I&S and see for yourself. You may have to go to page 2 because this was a couple days ago.

Come to think of it, I've seen that to. They don't fire one shot, like most Striker users. But I haven't seen salvos through walls.

I don't have a mobile nor do I have a console. Why are you trying to eliminate a sector of the Community? Are you positive that there will be such an increase of popularity that not only will you be able to replace us, but then add more players? If so, I want to see some proof of your investigation and research. I want to see numbers, pie graphs/bar graphs that substantiates your claims with resource notations.

As a Vulcan user, I expect my kills to be stolen. It's difficult to make kills without burning up or if I have survived a skirmish, what HP I have left is burned up anyway. If the enemy is attacking enmasse, I'll spread out my wealth of ammo as much as I can to reduce their HP and be easy kills for my teammates.
-
Yeah, I use OD on my teammates, but with some reservations. I prefer to use it on a teammate who has no OD and is low on health. I don't like to use it on myself if none of my teammates aren't nearby, but at times I do. If an Isida is healing me, I'll shield it from attack, if I can. In one particular TDM battle, a Railgun teammate was trying to kill a Mammoth and took some bad hits. The Mammoth was shielded from Railgun and used the RK. He wasn't shielded from Vulcan so I made the kill. The Railgun user pestered me the rest of the battle by knocking off my aim, blocking my shots, whatever he could to get revenge for "stealing" his kill.

I'd like to put my 2 cents worth in about supplies. Before the last War, TW 1, I was a non-buyer. I had one hull and one turret that were M0s with a couple upgrades. I entered in the WAR which, as you recall, required 200 kills and a K/D 1.0 and above. It took me all week to get 200 kills and my K/D was in danger. I had no supplies and didn't do missions. I logged out of a lot of battles if I thought my K/D would drop. My plan of action: I bought a supply kit from the store and some crystals to increase my MUs, my first purchases, and started doing missions. During the WAR I also bought a supply kit from the garage with the crystals I earned in battle and what I had left of the crystals I bought. All this was just a chance to survive so I could be an asset to my team and keep my K/D alive. Since the last WAR, I've kept up my missions and haven't needed to buy any more supplies. I've used the crystals I earn in battle, missions and ranking up to MU my main turret/hull to M1 10/10 way before I could rank up and get the M2 for free. I now have 3 M2 hulls and 1 M1 hull, 4 M2 turrets. I got thousands of crystals from the TW 1, which helped a lot. I got Premium with my crystal purchase and containers. I recently bought Crystals from the store to buy Thunder M2. I didn't have to, though. I had a few extra bucks burning a hole in my wallet. My main source of crystal and supply income is from the mission chains and the containers from completing the chain. Since I bought crystals and supplies during TW 1 and the recent purchase of Thunder M2, I guess I could be labeled a buyer, even though I only made 2 store purchases. OOOPPSSS....Oh yeah, I forgot, I also keep up my Premium account. Yeah, ok, I guess I'm a buyer. Just take what you will from this experience and leave the rest for someone else.

Instead of game discussion, why didn't you put this in Ideas and Suggestions? It would have a better chance of being seen by the Devs. I agree with you. Holiday events should be enjoyed by the entire Community not just one sector. I don't care for DM, either and only play it for missions. I think these themed battles should be in several different modes so there is something for everyone.

I've always been puzzled as to what to do when a teammate is being attacked. Is it better to let my teammate fight the skirmish until he dies or should I help with the kill? Some players get a little upset if someone "steals" their kill. I can understand that in DM, but TDM is team effort. Yet, I've noticed that when I'm in a skirmish, usually, no one helps with the kill, but rather waits until I die and then take the kill. Personally, I welcome help with a kill, that means I may live a bit longer. I'm asking the Community what your feelings are about help with a kill in TDM.

Indestructo Tank....That's an old hack I haven't seen in quite awhile. Mod told me that all the old hacks were blocked. I know they're back, I've seen a few in recent months. Usually Indestructo Tanks are Mammoths. First one I ever saw was on Noise CTF. We were blue, Indestructo Tank was on red. We kept up the attack and were 3 flags ahead. Indestructo Tank lumbered into our base, grabbed the flag and went up the short wide ramp. We had FB, Twins and RG. I was one of the FB and I emptied my Napalm tanks 5 times. We had him surrounded. He never fought back, never used RK or any other supply. He did that 3 more times for the win. I saw the same hack on Silence a few weeks later.

Today, I have been lagged out of battles 5 times. I'm firing, doing damage, then I'm not doing damage. A second or two after observing that, I see spinning turrets and everyone is frozen except me. Then I have a black screen. I reload the tab and that is successful. This happened twice in one battle. This is the same type of lagged we used to see quite a lot in 2009 and 2010. Everyone was complaining about spinning turrets and the Devs were blaming it on our personal computers (naturally). Yes, my caches are clean. My computer is up to date.
-
Absolutely. Browser and Flash. Everything is up to date. I use the computer a lot, especially in my business. So, I clean everything on a regular basis. Even keep the Defrag busy.

This started yesterday and continues today. Yesterday, I was about halfway through a battle when my screen went black. I could hear the battle going on in the background, then I was booted out and sent to the login page. I logged in and went back to the battle. Today, this has happened 3 times: I'm in battle, no lag for me or anyone else, that I noticed. Suddenly, the screen went black and was sent to the login page. I logged back in and went back to the battle. The third time it happened, I tried logging back in but got an error message. I didn't catch what all it said. Then the screen went blank again and back to the login page. I logged in, the loading bar went about half way and the screen went black again. Back to the login page. Again, I logged in. This time the loading bar went all the way across but was very slow. I was sent back to the battle I left, but I had lost my kill count (DM mode). About a minute later, the battle ended. I had a very low score and no stars. Before the screen went black, my kill count was 10.
-
Another glitch happened after posting this. I was in battle, about halfway through, when my screen went completely black, though I could still hear the battle going on. Then I was booted out of the battle to the login screen. I logged back in, went right back to the same battle and all my stars plus the ones I had earned after the restart were all there. I have no idea what that was all about. I think Tanki has Gremlins.
-
After the server update, I lost all my stars. Is this normal? This phase of the battle stops at 1:55 am my time. Will those stars still count for this phase? How about the ones I've earned since the server update?
-
Half way through the battle, I lagged....spinning turrets, frozen tanks. I could move but nothing else was. I reloaded the tab, logged in. The server tried to connect me back to the battle, but the loading bar got stuck and I was timed out. I lost everything I earned in the battle, including my star(s). My caches are cleared, I made sure of that before starting the WAR.

My faction is lions. I see bears and wolves are open and have left posts. I tried leaving a post for lions and it's not accepting it. No posts are showing up.

I got the 502 error. It tells me I have to change browsers. I'm using Chrome because it works better than Firefox. So, I have to use Microsoft Edge?

I'm a lyin'....... I mean I'm a lion. We will ROAR like the Kings we are. The KING of BEASTS!!

The radioactive drop zone? No one really knows, yet. Have to wait until tomorrow to find out.
-
RADIOACTIVE....YES!!!! Go to youtube and watch the video Radioactive sung by Imagine Dragons. There's one showing a puppet in a fighting arena beating up other puppets and stuffed animals. But one receives magical powers and knocks him out. Another video is the song being sung with the lyrics. Sounds like hints of Juggernaut, to me. The song mentions "....welcome to the new age." Another part talks about the apocalypse. Watch it. See what you think.

Will we still be put into battles with 3 or less minutes left? Sometimes I get several of these battles in a row. A week ago, I entered 6 battles of different modes, waited at least 2 minutes before going into battle and in each there was less than 3 minutes left. One battle, I had enough time to spawn, go halfway across the battlefield, fire one shot and the battle was over. I didn't look at the time left, but it seems about a minute. This will surely hurt our participation and stars. Last WAR, we could start a battle from the beginning or near the beginning to get the kill count. But now we are at the mercy of MMS, our right to choose has been denied us. What are the stars based on? Is it participation? Number of kills? How many times you turned your turret while sitting in one spot?

It's a nuke sign so it's got to be a nuke of some sort. Someone mentioned the meteorite effect. It could be. Maybe the one who picks it up sets off a nuke explosion, but the collector remains unharmed.
