Post moved. Many other players have also had problems with the client not opening, including a number of Helpers. I believe the Developers are working to fix this problem. The screenshots you sent are very useful (thank you!). I have a feeling that the tank and garage not showing up is caused due to the in-depth graphics of the new garage system in HTML5, and I think it is just too powerful for your computer. I will report the problem to the Developers, and hopefully they can reduce the level of graphics, so that players like yourself can see the new-and-improved garage.

It will, don't worry. There is still 9 months before Flash is discontinued, so that should allow Developers plenty of time to fix this issue (especially considering it is at the top of their radar).

You can't win a Forum Game if you are banned... ? I can play on two different accounts/computers at the same time (I truly have before, just check my entry for Parkour Diploid)

50% discounts are scarce because they are supposed to be meant for special circumstances (Such as the birthday of the game, or New Year's). You can't expect there to be 50% sales at just random times during the year, as that would hurt the economy of the game, and would make times where there actually should be 50% sales less special.

Are you using the Flash client, or the HTML5 client?

The turntable is not supposed to move anymore. After they added the new garage update last week, they discontinued that feature, and replaced it with the ability to turn the turret, spin the tank's tracks, and spin your drone.

The HTML5 client is only in its initial testing phase, there are numerous problems with it. I would suggest using either the HTML5 browser version or the Flash client, and not continue with the HTML5 client, until it is publicly released after the initial testing is completed.

Try resetting your client's cache by following these steps: Press "Windows" and "R" at the same time Type in "%APPDATA% and press "Ok" Find the TankiOnline folder, double click on it Find the "Local Store" folder, double click on it Find the "cache" folder, double click on it Press "Control" and "A" at the same time Press the Delete key Navigate to the "Trash" on your computer desktop Clear the trash, then try using your client again
