Faction capitals are the same territories like any other. Their goal is to be a starting point for the faction in the War, nothing more.

If the enemy has chosen to defend the territory , then if number of stars (attacking) > numbers of stars (defending) then the attacking faction gets the territory . In case enemy hasn't voted to defend that territory , attacking faction gets the territory without worrying about stars

All vaults will captured on turn 4 , so only day you can capture vaults is day 4. Remember you don't get containers from vault even if your faction captures it but you didn't vote.

Can you help me understand how Victory points are counted? We captured 6 territories yesterday but have only 1 victory point. Is it like that the territory with most "stars" only get counted for VP? If that is the case then the war will take a lot of time

No it it means 11495 stars has been collected by wolves , all those who voted for it. These stars don't include the people having 1-4 stars and once it reaches 5 stars , all stars are added at once

I have done 15 stars till now, The site was working 3 hrs 25 minutes ago and stopped working after restart.
