I'm happy to announce that IC are celebrating their 2nd anniversary today :) After two years of many ups-and-downs, we have come to the point of our 2nd birthday, and my 2nd birthday of being in the clan. Created on May 20th 2011, from then till now we have kept going, even through a 6-month-period of being completely separate from the forums. Supernick, In the old Best Of Contests, the words were similar reccommending a voice commentary. However, a lot of the winners did not use a Voice Commentary. Does this mean that you CAN enter without a voice commentary, but just have less chance of winning?
