Three numbers will be randomly chosen, and after that, it's just you, clues, and cognition to find the right combination of digits. Prizes for the fastest people to guess the lucky number! And now, let’s have a few words with one of the main creators of this entire project, @Sylvian. He’s got a lot to share about the growth of the events and the current goals for this one. Without further delay, let’s get right into this special: Hey @Sylvian! Glad to have you back here at the Newspaper. Now, your events team has grown to have so many participants and events, growing to over 400 members in the Discord server and dozens of weekly participants, I believe. How have you felt about this rapid growth of your project? @Sylvian: Our Discord server has grown a lot, but keep in mind that the server is only 8 weeks old and we're already at 450 members. That's a big achievement for us as we did not expect to see so many members join in. Our rapid growth is largely due to our promotions in different servers, the videos on our channel informing people about the events, and the participation in giveaways. Since most of the members joined our server because of the giveaways, we do weekly giveaways of Discord Nitro, goldboxes, and battle passes, in which you have to invite people to be eligible to participate, which is our main source of members. We continue to uphold our legitimacy with the instant prizes we give out at the culmination of our unique events and gold-rains. Great! I am very happy for you and your team. Speaking of the team and events, how long has it taken to prepare for this huge event special? @Sylvian: This time, we started planning for the event way ahead: about 2 weeks before the big day. We have a bigger team this time around to assist in the planning and preparation. We've got some announcement writers, video editors, photo editors, event helpers, etc. Wow, that's very prepared. One could truly wish to have so much preparation time well, at least here as a reporter, it would be well appreciated. Moving on, what do you hope to achieve by holding this event extravaganza? Perhaps more participants? Or maybe a record turnout? @Sylvian: I cannot predict as to how many new participants will take part this time, but we have had huge turnouts in events like this in the past weekends. This past weekend, we hosted the "Save the Queen" event. The map was full with about 30 people even waiting in the call to join. Moreover, in the server, there is also a battle pass giveaway occurring where members can react to enter as long as they have a minimum of 4 invites. Giveaways like this, along with our excessive promotions of events, make sure that we might reach our goal of 600 members real soon. Awesome. I wish you the best of luck with that endeavor. What about you and your team? What will you need to account for with such a large event this time around? @Sylvian: I have a lot of expectations for this event. Last time for the Christmas Event we only hosted 5 events. But this time, we're doing 10. There is a lot more pressure with the little time and lot of work we have, especially arranging spectators. However, one thing we have to account for is if many players show up for the event, more than a battle can accommodate. Since a map can only hold 36 players maximum, we need to come up with a solution to involve all participants regardless. Well, those are some big expectations to meet - I'd definitely have a true challenge fighting this pressure, so I hope everything will go along smoothly. Moving on from this milestone, what is your team's goal? @Sylvian: Expand, Spread the Word, Expand. Simply put, we want to expand a lot. My goal is to reach 1000 members in this server and become Tanki's Biggest Events Server. Currently, we're the biggest in the EN community. We certainly are on the right path! ? From here, we'll slowly begin organising events for other games like Among us, Minecraft, Uno with Friends, etc., to prime the attention of all gamers and not just Tankers. With this work ethic and such clear-cut goals, I'm sure you'll be able to clear those high bars. We're approaching the end right now; is there anything else you'd like to add? @Sylvian: I would like to mention that organising such big events is not a single man's task. Our events wouldn't be possible without our entire team. They're extremely helpful and always ready to work. Our event organisers never fail to come up with unique ideas, hence the name "Quirky Events". I would also like to thank the TO Newspaper team, the Event Helpers team, as well as the Rent-A-Spec Spectators for their amazing support in all our events. But most importantly, I would like to thank all my friends for continuously supporting me in my journey to here, and to all the tankers who take part in the events and giveaways. You all truly mean a lot! ? Of course; best of luck this Sunday! For any eager participants, I highly encourage you to check out this trailer if you're ready to have the best time of your life: You’re Invited! If you’re reading this and are new to the scene, then you too can participate! Head over to their team’s official Discord Server and enjoy the events. They not only have some amazing special events, but there is a community to bond with, and various weekly festivities and fun to enjoy. Why not join in and give it a try? interview Interviewed: Best Helpers of 2020
Person_Random replied to Person_Random in Interviewed: Best Helpers of 2020 Newspaper Archive
Our Helper team dynamic has changed so much in the past year, and this year has brought out a record number of amazing, innovative, and productive helpers. Let’s meet the shining stars of the year - the best helpers of 2020 - in this interview. Enjoy! _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 2020 was a year for the ages. We had ourselves a record number of amazing applicants who went above and beyond during these twelve months, putting players first and working their hardest to bring the best Tanki experience possible. After a year of dedication and diligence, fifteen of the best earned the prestigious Helper of the Year title. Today, I have the opportunity to chat with six of these accomplished individuals about their amazing achievement. Please welcome: Hey all! Could you please introduce yourself? @Adab: Hi, I’m Adab on Tanki. My previous nickname was adab_online — from the moment I registered my account in 2014 until January of this year, 2021. I think most of you know me by that name. I’m an English eSports News Team Leader, eSports News Show Manager, Help Site Consultant, and Parkour Clubs Manager. I’m currently also in two parkour clubs — leader and founder of FeatherLike and member of The Flying Parkourists. I am also one of the former members of Fight & Flight. Besides, I was also in some eSports clans before. However, on Earth in real life, I’m Aadil. To say a few words - I love chocolates, pizzas, chips, and other delicious stuff; and I guess I like discovering new things. @i.Alfi: Hello, my nickname is i.Alfi. I am an eSports Helper and I love video editing! @Levi: My nickname is Levi, I'm an Assistant and a Translator. I like web developing. I also like to mess with Custom ROMs (don't mess with it a lot or you will get into a bootloop like me right now). I'm also working as a support specialist in FMCS. @Mosad: Hello, my name is Mosad and I was an eSports Official and Forum moderator in the English community. @natrolite: Hello! I'm natrolite. I'm an Event Administrator as well as a Social Media Moderator. I joined the Events team in January of last year. I'm an introvert for the most part, a part-time weeb, and I'm musically religious. My favourite food is noodles and I'm very big on hugs. @Seel: Hello everyone, Seel this side! I am an eSports Commentator. I like clubbing and meditating; ironically, both are way different activities. LOL! Great to have you all here. Let’s get started with the age-old question: How'd you become a tanker and a Helper? @Adab: My bro abad_online — that’s his Tanki nickname — found this game on Miniclip and showed to me very soon. That’s how I discovered this awesome game. Well, I think I have shared this in at least one interview before. About Helper — well, to be honest, I really wanted to be a Helper so bad and it became my dream since 2015 mostly as a Chat Moderator and also later after some years as a Contest Organizer. I think that was all because I like such things, mainly the work and responsibilities, and I have never been in any such kind of positions ever before online. Before I became a Helper, I used to help a lot in the official Tanki Online Discord server, especially in the #support channel. I also became a ‘Candidate Elf’ there, a role given to players who were very helpful, particularly in that channel if I remember correctly; well, sadly, that system was removed before I passed the candidacy. I always liked Helper positions in Tanki so much. I had some tries and fails, but I didn’t want to give up. Then MSI, a friend of mine and a Helper back then, already knowing my interest in becoming a Helper, suggested me to apply for eSports Content Helper and write articles, that is, to become an eSports Reporter, when we were chatting one day during July of 2019. I don’t think I would have applied for that position, at least any time sooner, if he hadn't suggested it to me that day; I was already thinking about applying for it when the position first came out, if I’m right, during early 2019, but I didn’t for some reason. And then eventually on July 27, past midnight of July 28 for me, I was accepted into the team under the leadership of rus0806, a great person and writer. After that, I became an eSports News Show Manager, a Team Leader of the English eSports News team, a Help Site Consultant, and also a Parkour Clubs Manager. Thanks a lot from the bottom of my heart to MSI and everyone else who helped and supported me in my path to becoming a Helper, including Marcus and rus0806. I think they have all helped me achieve my goal of becoming a Helper and make this moment true, which otherwise might have not been possible. @i.Alfi: So I first discovered Tanki Online in October 2014 because of my friends from school. And in May 2019, I was accepted to my current helper position. @Levi: I joined the game at the end of 2014, my first position was an Event Helper in January of 2019. @Mosad: I was invited to join the eSports referees team by @The.L-E-G-E-N-D in February 2018. He encouraged me a lot and helped me to understand how everything worked in the community. @natrolite: Like many, I discovered the game while flailing around MiniClip, and instantly fell in love with the game. It was towards the end of 2013, and since then I've mainly been playing Tanki. I've always held Helpers in high regard, since they're volunteers and they almost always try their very best to uphold the highest standards of community engagement and assistance, and so I've wanted to become one for quite a while and I'm happy I've been offered the opportunity to do just that. @Seel: I joined the game around April of 2014. I became an eSports Commentator last year. SuperNick, our admin, messaged me via forum PM as he heard me commentating on unofficial tournaments. He liked me and decided to recruit me. Those are some Inspiring and deep stories. You all went through quite an eventful and amazing journey, and towards the end, you earned the Helper of the Year award. How did you feel when that happened? @Adab: Actually I was chatting with Held, one my close friends on Tanki, and he suddenly notified me about it providing a link to that official “Best Helpers of 2020” forum topic. To be honest, I truly felt very happy about it, and I think that was because this was the first time I have achieved something like this, and this is something that naturally recognizes every Helper’s hard work throughout the entire year, every year. I may have done enough so far for the nomination, but I honestly don’t think I have done enough for my own satisfaction yet, I still have many things and ideas in my mind that I like to accomplish. @i.Alfi: I was shocked and really happy at the same time. I was just hanging out with my family and all of a sudden, I got so many discord notifications on my phone as my friends were congratulating me for becoming the Helper of the year. I really can't express my feelings enough. @Levi: Surprised. I didn't even know that I got it since I was busy and someone told me. @Mosad: It was a bit surprising since I thought I lost the opportunity to be in the list the day I left my positions, I am so happy that the community still appreciate my work and honored to be in the list again for the second time in a row. @natrolite: To be honest, I was quite surprised. I've hardly been active the last few months due to life complications, but when I found out I was one of the recipients of this title I was quite shocked, honoured, and obviously quite happy to hear about it. :P @Seel: I like commentating and even if I don't get awards, I would still enjoy it and love it. But when I got to know that I was prized helper of the year, it was indeed a great feeling. Awesome. I could say I felt the same way as most of you - I was notified by others and didn’t really notice myself, which made this moment all the more special. Let's move on to your positions. Could you all describe your role in your helper group? For example, I am a Newspaper Reporter, so naturally, I write articles, but I also do other tasks like organizing the issues and writing in-game alerts. @Adab: Well, as a Team Leader of the English eSports News team, I mainly lead the team. I also write and proofread articles sometimes, and I also proofread and edit in-game alerts related to the team before they are published. Plus I write scripts for the eSports News Show episodes and manage it and its team as an eSports News Show Manager, I have also instead proofread and edited a script before, meaning I have gladly written scripts and managed the team for 30 episodes so far. And one thing I didn’t mention, I’m also an English Discord Moderator for the eSports Discord server, allowing me to further have the responsibility of moderating the server. Inside the Help Site team, I do the normal job of a Help Site Consultant, answering players’ concerns and working with articles. As a Parkour Clubs Manager, I manage everything related to parkour clubs and parkour in general in the English community, and also the Parkour Club Support for DE parkour clubs. @i.Alfi: Well, my role is a video editor in my helper group. I edit eSports highlights and eSports News Show episodes as some of you might know. @Levi: As an assistant, we have different tasks, one of them is answering Google Play reviews and as a translator, I translate the V-LOG to my language. @Mosad: I had 2 roles, the first one was eSports Official and my role in it was to work alongside the eSports admins helping them to create and host tournaments, suggest changes in the rules, spectate battles to make sure that everyone is playing according to the rules and answer the players' questions and complaints through the ticket system on the website. The second role was forum moderator, and my work was to make sure the forum is clean from any violation, answering players questions and to be sure that every topic is in the right section. @natrolite: As an Event Organizer, my job is to ensure the event runs smoothly through coordinating helpers and players alike. I watch from the skies and monitor the overall procedure and guide the event and take whatever measures necessary to ensure the players have a good time partaking in the events. I also have to keep a keen eye on ensuring no one can mess with the event and issue punishments to any offenders to make sure the event runs smoothly. As a Social Media moderator, I'm in charge of making sure the EN TO server is clean from any harassment, overstepping, trolling, etc. and we also take care of the EN official pages for Tanki on Instagram and Facebook, where we moderate the comment section and respond to PMs for players seeking assistance. @Seel: My main role is to commentate an eSports game. On the back end, I help run the stream smoothly by letting our broadcasters know what viewers demand from us live during the game. I sometimes help in selecting what games will be on stream and make sure the game is of high demand in the eSports community. Sounds interesting indeed. What do you enjoy the most about your position(s)? What makes you want to continue working there? @Adab: I enjoy the satisfaction of helping and doing something for the game and its community whilst also learning, developing, and building experience for myself in the process, in all my positions. I think the excellent environment and atmosphere we have and the fact that I like and enjoy what I’m doing makes me continue as a Helper. @i.Alfi: I really love to edit eSports videos, it's quite fun. It also helps me to improve my video-editing experience and to think more creatively. @Levi: My team and administrator are special to me and I like to help people and see them happy. @Mosad: Helping players is an interesting thing to do. But mostly the reason I stayed for more than 2 years was my colleagues, they were so kind to me and helped me a lot throughout my journey as a helper which made my work easy and fun to do. @natrolite: In events, I really do enjoy the calls with the events staff. They're always a joy to be in and we almost never have a boring event. The satisfaction of interacting with the community members is also a great pleasure that helps me keep going. As for Social Media, it's the numerous friends I've made in the TO server and the fun times we've had together, as well as, same as events, the satisfaction of knowing I made a difference even if it's small to a community. @Seel: I like commentating. It is thrilling and exciting. You get to talk to your fellow commentator staff and of course the viewers via live chat. Sometimes the games get way intense and the atmosphere gets so exciting and nerve wrecking that we as commentators sweat, but in the end, this is the fun of a live eSports game and I enjoy every bit of it. Definitely. Each position has its own appeal, and I’m glad you enjoy your respective positions. Let's not dwell on this accomplishment alone and take a look ahead to the new year. What do you want to achieve in 2021? Any goals in Tanki and in real life? @Adab: Being a Helper, I desire to achieve whatever goals I have or I get on the way, I wish I will be able to turn all of my ideas into reality and improve the Helper team, the community, and the game as a whole, as well as myself more in 2021. @i.Alfi: I don't have any specific goals set in 2021. @Levi: Become a battle moderator. @natrolite: I hope to influence the community more, in a positive way of course. I wish I can have an impact that will last and that I'll be remembered well when I'm gone one day. @Seel: I will be true to my position and will continue to commentate as long as I think it is fun. I will help my admin grow our team and our team will definitely try to stream a lot more. Wow, those are some great goals. I wish you all the best of luck on achieving them. Any advice to give to players/helpers who want to become Helper/Helper of the Year in the future? @Adab: Be yourself, never give up, learn how things work and give your best without hesitation. Best of luck from my side. @i.Alfi: Work hard, keep yourself motivated. Do not postpone your work to the next days because you might not be able to finish it in time. @Levi: Work hard but always give your real life higher priority. @natrolite: Always be enthusiastic about what you do, otherwise don't do it. Always try to have a smile on your face and a cheerful friendly attitude as well as a willingness to help and make a difference. For you, you'll help many people throughout your career, and perhaps from your side one of them might not matter as much, but for that player, it will matter. Because while you receive dozens of messages per day, that player will only receive one from you. So always make sure it's a good message! @Seel: Choose a position that you really like, not a position that you want just for rewards or to flaunt your "special" paint. Enjoy the game and just be you! Great words of wisdom indeed. We’ve reached the end now and I thank you dearly for accepting and taking part in this interview. Do you have anything else to add before we conclude? @Adab: I would like to genuinely thank a lot to everyone, including all of my Administrators and fellow Helpers, who helped and supported me so far in my journey as a Helper for everything. The same to all of my friends and everybody for everything in general. Thank you so much for having me, glad to be here, Randy! @i.Alfi: It was a pleasure to answer these questions. I have nothing more to add, thank you for the interview! @Levi: No, I need to fix this bootloop at the moment. @Mosad: I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my admins (SuperNick95, Maf and ControlledChaos) they were so patient and kind with me, also I would like to wish good luck to @NlTALlC with his new challenge and I am sure he will prove himself in that position and thank you for interviewing me. @natrolite: Thank you so much for this interview! I'm honoured to be a part of it. I hope everyone had an amazing holiday season, and happy new year! May this be a better year than before for each one of us individually, for us as a whole, and certainly for our dear game that we all love and enjoy. :) @Seel: Thanks for having me! I want to say one last thing, that this year was tough for humanity but let's all hope & pray that the coming years would be better and a lot more peace and happiness comes to everyone. Thanks again! _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ And we've reached the end. Thanks for reading on so far; I hope you found these stories motivating and inspiring. If you want to become a helper, then feel free to apply here on the recruitment portal - work hard and you might just earn Helper of the Year as well! Addtionally, huge thanks to @Pout, @Spy, and many other spectators for their pictures as well as @Pout and @Dosheg for making the banner and art. And of course, to all the administrators and helpers of the year who helped out with the many photoshoots we had. Oh, and here's a spoiler of a few of the pictures we had.- 7 replies

Well, our community has a top-tier (and free) service just for that - Rent-a-Spec! ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ If you’ve been looking for a way to get some great Tanki memories, one of the best things is a world of pictures and videos to look back upon. Now, unfortunately, there isn’t a way for players to get a great shot by themselves given the limited first person point of view as well as high restrictions required for Spectator mode. But fortunately, we have Rent-a Spec giving us quick and easy access to the amazing service. If you’re not already convinced that RaS will greatly enrich your Tanki experience, here’s a crash course for you - let’s get acquainted with the service! You simply make a request and you get a spectator, who helps take pictures or videos of you. It’s important to note that you do not get the spectator account and rent it for some time, but rather some spectators give you the same. Wondering what you can use RaS for? Well, let’s check out what you can get from a typical $1.99 subscription request. Services from Rent-a-Spec Clean HD shots and 60 FPS videos all included and available 24/7. Benefits of RaS? And the list goes on.... Well, there are so many benefits to having RaS. At first, I wasn’t quite sure of the service or benefits myself, but after getting a rankup done, I was blown away by the amazing quality of the pictures. Needless to say, I’m now a RaS regular. So what’s in it for you? I’ve compiled my top reasons below. Top-notch spectator shots without owning spectator It was nearly impossible to get a good tank picture without the service, but now, it is very easy. There’s no need to get to a number of YouTube subscribers or get a club spectator. Easy, fast, and high-quality service Just make a request, wait for a spectator, and soon enough, you will have a great picture. It’s that simple. And did I mention the amazing picture and video quality. Friendly Community and Spectators If you ever need help, spectators are always there to provide assistance. For one, Spy is almost always there on the RaS Discord when you have a question or problem. Additionally, spectators rarely miss a request, allowing you to get the best snaps at almost any time of day. Players’ Opinions Still not convinced? Check out these 5-star ratings! And it’s not just me who’s completely satisfied with the service. We asked a few players to send up their opinions on having Rent-a-Spec available at their fingertips. Let’s see what they think is the best part of the service! What’s the best part of the Rent-a-Spec service? (Besides the fact that it’s totally free, of course) @Far-away: The best part is that we get to capture our favourite moments at anytime... It gives us instant service anytime.. It has not declined or bad ratings from my side OJAS_400_HG: Spectators are available at any time we require. @Emil: In my opinion the best part of the free RaS service is that the spectators can help to new content creators of the game by improving their videos and significantly improving the channel. Awesome, I’m glad you think this way! Would you recommend RaS to your friends? @Far-away: I would 100% recommend this to my friends because everyone would want their moments in a picture OJAS_400_HG: Yes, if you want cool pics or videos of tanki game then yes! @Emil: Yes, I would definitely recommend my friends to try it because from my experience I have greatly enjoyed the service and professionalism of the spectators who worked with me, they are really nice people who are fun to get service from. review Shards and MM 2.0 - Reviewing Patch #635

Personally, I like that idea. It would be amazing to have it. -
Approved. Sorry for the late approval - have been a bit flooded with tons of newspaper work to do. But enough from me; let's get into the article. Definitely a great second article and decent guide. I feel that it would make a magnificent and detailed video guide as well. It's very clean, brief, and explains just enough. However, I'd definitely like to see a few more words here and there if you can add them as this is close to the minimum word count. A few suggestions for that would be adding in things like your personal experiences with mapmaking and some advanced tips here and there to add a personal touch to the piece. Otherwise, it's a great article with plenty of potential - it's well thought-out and concise. Keep up the great work! Edits: Very minor grammar fixes (added a few commas), added a few transition sentences

I guess this is kinda an artwork... it's an article banner (click to read ?) Thanks to @Spy for spectating as well as @Doom, @Dosheg, and @MoneyLordYT for artistic advice, especially Dosheg for touching up the original piece ?

review Shards and MM 2.0 - Reviewing Patch #635
Person_Random replied to Person_Random in Shards and MM 2.0 - Reviewing Patch #635 Newspaper Archive
We’ve got ourselves a new turret skin, new currency, and completely revamped MM system in just one week - it’s a lot to go through, so let’s review! ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ January brought a lot of large changes: Crusader’s mass release, new eSports tournament systems, and last week’s large release: which included the introduction of the currency “Shards” and tweaks to MM based on the experiments conducted towards the end of the year as well as the introduction of Smoky HD and the Rename feature. Let’s take a look at the changes here: Shards Essentially, shards are known as part of containers. It’s a new currency that allows you to get some containers every so often. And the best part is: it’s free! You can earn them using these methods: 1 shard earned passively every 800 seconds, which translates into about 1 container a day (up to 100 shards; after 100 shards, you stop getting free shards) Watching ads on the mobile version of the game earns you 10 shards for a 30-second ad (refilled every 7 minutes/per MM match you play). The ad can sometimes be shorter if you're lucky! Completing Daily Missions, which awards 30/50/70 shards, depending on the difficulty of the mission. Completing Special Missions. More ways to get shards may be announced soon. Trade Rate: 100 shards = 1 container. Impact: Personally, I don’t see much of an impact. I guess the positive side is that you can earn more containers than you usually could with the typical system. In the past, containers were so hard to obtain; now, it seems that they are much more commonplace. This is good for players, especially those who are ranking up way too fast to earn enough crystals to compensate for the experience that they are earning. However, I feel that instead of using the “solve and justify” technique (adding a huge discrepancy between exp/crystal rate and selling extra containers as a solution) isn’t the best approach. While it will probably get me to 900 containers for my next article faster, it seems excessive. Instead of doing this, there could just be no experience and crystal multiplier (or a less skewed multiplier) in my opinion. However, players do love containers, so I suppose it’s not really all bad. For me, it’s not the greatest, but I think it’s a fair and pretty F2P update that keep more players interested. MM During the past few weeks, Tanki ran a couple of experiments; the first one featured 6v6 modes on small maps (as well as doubled health, tweaks to melee turrets, and some other changes) while the second was a night-and-day change from the first one - 16v16 on larger maps. The first one was not as well received, with many players frustrated at the transformation of MM into a 6v6 FWH format battle. On the other hand, the second experiment received more positive feedback; especially with the return of some snazzy new maps. Taking the feedback of both experiments into account, Tanki updated the MM system. Here are the changes: The number of players in a match now depends on the size of the map (with a minimum of 6 players and maximum of 12 players per team). Additionally, lower-ranked players will only have access to the smaller maps - but as they rank up, the map pool grows and they’ll be able to play on any map of their choice. Let’s take a look at the maps you can play on. Here’s some data I collected: 6 players - Cross, Highland, Red Alert, Sandal, Sandbox 8 players - Archipelago, Bridges, Iran, Molotov, Polygon, Silence, Tribute, Year 2042 10 players - Aleksandrovosk, Chernobyl, Desert, Future, Industrial Zone, Osa, Serpuhov, Stadium, Wolfenstein, Barda 12 players - Brest, Kungur, Magistral, Yorkshire More people can now be added to a group. It starts with a two-person group at a lower rank, but as you make your way to Legend, you can expand to up to 4 players in a group. Opinion/Impact: It’s more of a mixed bag for me. I like the fact that there is a different number of players on various maps, but I don’t really like how 90% of the time, if you’re going solo, you’re going to be on a small map, especially Sandbox or Bridges. Conversely, if you’re in a group, you’re almost always on a larger map like Desert or Yorkshire. Besides that, it seems like some maps are always flooding the map pool as I’ve always landed on the same groups of maps when in groups or solo. Also, a lot of players really liked the reintroduction of some large maps, but then none have been added to the map pool. Smoky HD and New Augments Smoky's back with a hot new HD skin; along with the revamped skin, the Tanki team introduced 5 new augments: Paralyzing Rounds, EMP Rounds, Rubberized Rounds, Explosive Rounds, and Sorted Ammunition. Impact: There's not much to say here: the new augments are far harder to obtain (Exotic from Ultra Containers), which means they are quite powerful compared to other augments. Check out our other article to get the inside scoop on Smoky. Misc Renaming Rename methods are back! Now, you can rename yourself by going to the “Account” section of the settings and choosing a snazzy new nickname: however, you'll need 2000 tankoins to seal the deal. Small Visual Changes Not much to be said here - the battle ends with the <Victory> and <Defeat> screens commonly seen on mobile now. And that wraps it up for Patch 635. Overall, these are some great updates to end January with a bang. Shards provide a constant flow of containers to keep players interested, while the new MM maps ensure no map is overcrowded or seemingly empty. And there’s more - Patch 636 has just come in hot, so stay tuned for more action! Patch 635 Post ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Yep, and that’s another patch update covered. We’ve got another Patch to take a look at - and this one includes tons of balance changes - so join us next week, won’t you? -
Approved. It's back! Really enjoyed this chapter as usual, especially with its strong and suspenseful plot and character development through dialogue. With the current turn of events, I see a climax coming up soon and really can't wait to see what's next. Keep us updated with tons more of that action and skilled storywriting; I am excited to see this series return. Edits: very minor grammar/spelling fixes.

I don't have a life just happened to have 195 containers to start with. False advertising 100 ?
-
Yay, I passed 200 containers with Shards ?
-
Actually in my opinion, both are correct. "Mine on them" is a bit more informal but it gets the job done. "Put a mine on them" is the more correct but harder to type version. ?
