I did not attempt the 2022 tankoins on more than 1 account, as there were many days over Christmas holidays where I could not play much. But glad to get it on my main anyway. I agree that 17 days continuously was a bit much to ask over this kind of holiday. I would have preferred if we had to do even 14 or 15 out of 17 days, even if the tankoins reward was lower. Sorry you missed out :( You are not the only one, as this mission was not possible for many other players. I hope the developers will consider making future missions more completable for players who can't play every day.

I definitely think this augment was one of the best new augment ideas the developers have had - something that is not just "x turret + status effect". Offers interesting gameplay. Of course we must ask, it is too powerful? As I don't have it myself I can't comment, seems balanced enough to me, although people are getting very high scores with it in battles that I see it.

Wow so shocked to hear this, even though I didn't know this guy - my deepest condolences to his wife and family at this time of loss :( May they know God's love, comfort and protection. I hope that they will be safe in the midst of this, sounds like things are really in a terrible way in Kazakhstan. Lovely words, it sounds like he was a cool guy all round. And yes a tournament or winner's paint would be awesome, something to pay tribute. I hope his family will have the support and protection that they need at this time.

Interesting I see, I didn't follow the V-Logs closely enough ? Well if that is the case then maybe it will be different from last year then, and a month earlier :) Or maybe they will just start qualifiers soon, but the finals will still be in March - I am not an expert on the tournaments at all. You played 20 matches? Well that right there was your problem :P You should have been entering and immediately quitting DM matches, until you found one with a snowman in it (equip Brutus so you don't waste batteries, and minimum graphics settings for fastest possible load time). Unless you mean that you entered and quit 20 matches :) I managed to complete this event on 5 accounts in 1 hour or so using that method, and it only took that long as I finished a few of the matches. If you were to enter and quit immediately after killing snowmen, could probably have done 5 accounts in 30 minutes.

Really, where do you get the information about the next Tanki fund? If so that would be cool, but as far as I can see (and remember) TankiSport Season 1 was in March last year. So this year it will be in February? We just had the last tournament in December, and we usually have 4 tournaments per year 3 months apart - so that would be March.

I have to say I really enjoyed the special modes in this celebration, all 3 modes were great :) And very profitable. Thanks to the developers for those! The 2022 tankoins reward was also great of course, however I really don't like missions which require you to play literally every day (especially during an important holiday) - I would have gladly settled for less tankoins, but only needing maybe 15/17 or 14/17 days completed. Also the 54k score mission was too hard - 20 or at the very most 30k would have been enough. Other than those complaints, I thought this celebration was great overall. Really liked the special modes :)

What you should absolutely not do is spend them on coinboxes :P I know people are trolling, but of course coinboxes are about the worst things you could buy ? What you should do (if a free player) - if you don't already have a fourth module - is wait for the next Tanki fund (which I think will be in March???). Save at least 1000 tankoins for then, incase there will be another great offer, to get the 4th slot and other great rewards then. As folks have already said :) In fact, even if you do have a 4th slot I would still wait for that, as the rewards could still be good. So, save 1000 tankoins for March. Or in case another great offer comes up before then (who knows!). As for the other 1000 tankoins, save them for a strong battle pass where you want both the turret and hull augment, or possibly even just the turret augment if it is a really insanely good one. The current battle pass is actually very good - EMP Smoky is strong, and EMP Immunity for hornet is OK (as Hornet is quite a good hull atm), so you could get that, or you could wait for one that you want even more, if EMP Smoky is not to your liking. Big special offers like the recent tanki fund are the best possible value for free players - the next best, are battle passes.

The fact that you must visit the special missions tab before completing these missions, otherwise you won't gain progress, is a bug that should have been fixed a long time ago. And if it isn't a bug, I see no reason for this "feature" to exist - surely it would take the developers less time to fix this than to keep repeating that you must visit the special missions tab first with every announcement, and then we wouldn't also have to keep explaining this to confused players. And it ISN'T explained in-game, nor was it explained in the "Festive season" topic - so very understandable that players won't know. Many players will only see the in-game announcements, and may not have been playing when this kind of thing was ever talked about. And players are losing rewards from this. Here is yet another confused player who lost rewards from the snowman mission: About time that the developers fixed this issue.

That was a weird one. IF it was indeed a bug, they let it keep going and selling heat immunity augments off it for a very long time, while it destroyed gameplay for 6 months - 1 year (can't remember how long). Wasn't impressed that they didn't fix that for such a long time, glad it is fixed now, but it took far too long. The special missions issue also needs to be fixed asap, and should have been long ago.

Ya. If it was explained ages ago in-game, they can't just rely on that as new players will be coming all the time, or players returning who did not play when it was explained. It is very stupid that special missions work this way, and it is an obvious, important and surely very simple fix to change it. Don't know why they haven't. Here we see ANOTHER example of a player complaining about this, and who has lost rewards. And it is not their fault, because this was NOT explained - as usual.

They should have fixed this ages ago, should be a simple fix. No reason at all for it. The number of players that are continually confused and lose rewards from this is huge - and that would be very likely to happen since this isn't explained ANYWHERE in-game.

As with all special missions, you must check the special missions tab BEFORE you attempt to complete the objectives of the missions - otherwise your progress may not be recorded. This feels like a bug, but it has always been that way since special missions were introducted. RIP to you if you killed them, before doing that :( However also, if you killed them and then didn't turn in the mission before 9PM UTC, then I am afraid you have missed your chance to do so. Don't make the same mistake tomorrow with the 3 Ultra Containers - check the special missions tab before you try to kill snowmen, and be sure to turn in your mission immediately when (if) you have killed them.

Finally got a snowman :) Took ages to find one though. Rewards: 3.5k crystals, 125 repairs and 50 batteries - not bad. Also, their overdrive is OP!

Haha, no problem man :) Well even if your work has went unrewarded here, most of us thought it was really impressive. I am sure that an art school, or others will not fail to appreciate this kind of art, you clearly have talent - and anyone who knows something about art can see that. Or even people who don't - your kind of art work is the kind that people will buy, if you choose to even do pieces to sell in your spare time. I think that future art contests should have more clearly defined criteria, because these pieces surely take a long time to create - and I think it is only fair that people trying to enter know what the judges might be looking for. The winners here haven't made a lot of sense to many of us, personally I don't think I would bother to enter an art contest in the future (not that I would necessarily, but I might have thought about it), because the Russian contest seems to have been judged fairly, but for instance how nidjo failed to get even runners up in the EU contest I don't know. I wouldn't want to spend a long time making an entry for a contest like this, and then not even get runners up - when some entries ahead of me don't seem as good or to have had even half the comparable effort put in. Tanki's contest though, their decision. But I think in future, criteria need to be more clear as to what they are looking for, because looking at the winners, and who has failed to win, I don't understand the criteria at all. It is only fair to people who will work hard to make entries for these contests.

Hmm, aww that's a shame :( Strange, because my laptop is pretty slow, but the mode seems to work fine for me. When Sandbox remastered first came it, it was almost unplayable for me - this current version seems fine however.

Did he win last year? Didn't know that, if so. I still think the best works should win though, that would make some sort of sense if it was factored in though. Still would surely deserve a runners up prize, at least though - even if that was the case. EDIT: Wait wuut, they promoted his artwork on the Russian Tanki Instagram? Surely he won something then - or are they offering him a job at the art department :P ? How can an Art Piece which didn't even win runners up be promoted on the Tanki Instagram ? ? Surely he must have won something then, if they think it worthy to go on Instagram.

So I have to say, really liking this special mode :) All 3 of the special modes for this event have been great in my opinion. However, I could be a little biased, since I just earned this from a blackbox container: Not bad at all =O ! One of my most wanted paints. Probably my best blackbox so far on this account, along with Hopper Stun Immunity. Earned 100k on an alt once, but I don't think I've ever seen a Legendary from a dropped container. I'll take it :) Also, the remastered Sandbox map seems to be a lot better optimised now, even on my weak laptop FPS/loading time seems fine.

I definitely think this augment needs a buff, probably the most useless Isida augment. Overall, I think this augment is worse than stock Isida, because it is very easy to run out of energy compared to stock Isida, and especially if an ally manages to steal your kill. The very similar augment for Ricochet, Berserk, which also fully reloads the energy bar upon getting kills was in a similar spot to this augment, and it was rightfully buffed to have less of an energy consumption penalty than it had - and now it is a good augment. Personally, I would go for a similar change for Isida Nanomass Reactor - reduce the additional energy consumption when attacking from +50% to +30% (or even to +20-25%, if that is not enough). I think then this augment would be worthwhile. It definitely needs a buff of some kind, because it does genuinely seem worse than stock Isida.
