I honestly love when I move around the rear of the other team with Shaft, sniping their carriers and stuff. If you see me in battle, look back, not forward :)

I have Shaft, Rico, and Hunter all M2 10/10 (M3) so my combos are naturally OP, but I'll weigh in here. Shaft is tremendously good with Hunter. It's also amazing with Hornet. Rico is amazing with Hunter. I'd say Juggler is the more versatile (especially with MFS) and also it can get you started with less skill. I haven't learned to use Rico properly, but I can still get top 3 spots without drugging (3-4 drugs per game). With skill Rico will take you far, but with skill Shaft will take you further. My verdict for you? Get Chiropractor, learn to use it effectively, then get Rico on sales later on, separately. That's what I did, and it worked out for me.

So after trying the Test Server (I took some time out of my life to try it) here's some thoughts. Looks Looks are good. I like the new interface, and though it'll take some time to get used to it, I think that the in-battle screen is a more efficient and convenient way to use the space - it's also much less messy. One thing that I REALLY like is the "Battle" button, which immediately enters you into a quick battle, but then the fact that you can enter a full-screen list of types of battles - all the pics look good, but the Rugby one was particularly well-done. I also like the fact that you can see your tank while you're waiting for battle... at least there's something to amuse us tankers who choose JGR and wait several minutes before we enter a battle :P Garage The garage is nice - but... not particularly so. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad, it's good, but I'm not sure it's really an upgrade. However, the old garage would not fit in with the new interface so I guess it had to be done :( Controls This right here was my biggest problem. The controls are ultra-sensitive (I didn't try mouse controls so not sure about that) and the camera gets a bit carried away at times. With Fire/Wasp M4 the turning speed of Fire roughly equals the camera speed, bit I can only imagine playing with Shaft M0, because the camera stays at the same speed regardless of the turret, so essentially the turret can't keep up with where you're looking - this is the same as normal mouse-control Tanki, but it's disturbing IMO. As a Shaft player, I naturally wanted to see how that would handle. It's, uhhh.... sub-par. I thought they fixed the regular HTML5 aiming problem, but it's still there. However, minute aiming is possible... so it's kind of a lose-lose. It randomly jumps, making minute aiming hard, but fast side-to-side motion feels extremely sluggish. So, yeah... if it's possible to copy the Flash aiming that would be great. Login This might seem trivial, and it is, but the login page really needs to be essentially the same as Flash. The current login is, so to say, giving me the heeby-jeebies. So to sum it up - it's not a bad update, but as for me if I ever do log on I'm going to continue doing it on the Flash browser version, until the Shaft aiming (and the camera speed) is fixed. That's really my only big complaints. Not bad, devs.

You should try Fire/Wasp. It's madness. Even so, I just managed to win a Bobruisk TDM even though I was playing 1 v 3 (I was the only one on my team). I'm going to see how Shaft does with the aiming.

Wow. It's actually not bad. One question - it says I need a premium acc to get into PRO-battles. Will this continue? I know that they said you don't need a PRO-pass, but I'm wondering why they coded it to say that you needed premium to get in, instead of just saying that it was not available.

Apparently if you wait for a couple days then open them by fives just after the server restart, you get higher rewards. Side note: One time I decided to wait to open any containers until I had finished that dreaded x15 top 3 mission. It took weeks, but I ended up with 14 containers to open. Prior to then, I had only opened them 1 by 1, and I had never gotten anything more than green. After that opening, I got one 3 rare paints (Peaks, Christmas Lights, and Lotus) and 100K. Everything else was negligible. But I only got supplies for the 4 conts that I didn't open in groups of 5. Fast forward several hundred thousand exp... Opening 100 conts. I mainly opened these by fifteens. I got 300K, Meteor Shower, a heap load of supplies... 35 gold boxes (total)... yeah. Anyways, it seemed I was having terrible luck. Like, from 100 conts to only get one nice paint and 300K? Seams pretty bad to me. That's fifteens. But I digress, for lazy readers, just read the top sentence. That's my verdict :)

Opened 4 conts on as a rank up gift to myself: 125 DA 3500 crys x2 Rhino paint Actually not bad for that rank - I needed the crystals. Rhino looks cool. Generally I use simpler paints but now I have Rhino on that low one and also on this account, and it is legitimately good looking. Not too messy, and not bla either.

Depends... Hero is a beast, Rocketeer is good, Matrix is decent, Piranha is absolutely crushing with skill, Harvester is OP if you dedicate your self to only MUing it and nothing else, Archer is amazing (it's what I got on a low account) and you can get RGC at WO2 and then use either stock or RGC depending on the situation. As a side note, you don't need to memorize all the angles and stuff for magnum, just be smart. If you know roughly how far away it is, you can just guess and fire. I do it all the time and get consistent hits.

Because if you have a higher rank every container gives better rewards... so, if you got 1 weekly (blue) cont at WO5 and waited till Captain to open it, you'd get more crystals and supplies.

Here's what he says. Living costs increase every year as inflation occurs, and therefore Tanki has to increase it's costs to continue earning an equivalent amount. You can buy TKs now, and add the ones you bought together with some you earned in game to acquire shop items during sales.
