    I haven't really noticed a decrease in Viking's speed whenever I used it recently. Vulcan can still function. It's just that you'd be frustrated when you can't finish that enemy and your energy gauge is almost depleted. This is me talking about M1 Vulcan in the low ranks (Warrant Officer 1). I'm not sure how it plays in the medium and high ranks.

    I got 3 of those in a row yesterday (1 on 3 different accounts). I get batteries regardless of me having a drone or not. I would want something else but it just gives me 50 batteries. I can appreciate 150 batteries but not 50 constantly.

    I made sure to say Legend 5 and not Legend 1. A Legend 1 was just a Generalissimo. If you upgrade one combo and maybe another turret and hull, then maybe you can be almost on equal footing as the Legend 37. It would also depend on the drone the Legend 37 is using. This of it like leagues in a mobile game or...think of it like in Brawl Stars. Players have more than 10k trophies and some more than 19k but a player with 6k is or almost is on equal footing to the player with 19k trophies. So for Tanki, a Legend 12 can have almost or the same combo as a Legend 37. Not so much when you decrease the level of the lower Legend but almost.

    It stops overheating immediately when you activate the Overdrive. It would do normal damage, which ,for Incendiary Band, is 20% less than Stock Vulcan which means Stock Vulcan is better to use on VIking for its Overdrive than Incendiary Band Vulcan.

    Legend is a rank by itself, no matter the level Legend they are. We're talking about individual rank. There is this player that I battle frequently named T.e.n.z.i.n. He/She is a Legend 26. I wouldn't consider it a 28 rank bracket because of that seeing that a Legend 10 can have the same equipment as it or even a Legend 5. It would still be a two rank bracket from Legend to Commander.

    Revamp this game, please

    This is my default setting on Isida on TheCongoSpider. I don't appreciate attacking with Isida as much as healing with it. It's really useful for raids but that's it. Was that the most damage or the least damage you've done for a tick with it. The least damage I've done with a tick of it against an enemy was 27 damage per tick from what i can remember right now. I felt utterly useless there, my effort wasn't even worth a repair kit. I get less score than an attacking Isida so I don't see how exactly this is balanced with Stock Isida. Thanks to Hornet's Overdrive, I'm able to see just how much of their health bar I take down from the turrets I use. I attacked a guy as a Support Nanobots Isida while my teammate's Hornet Overdrive was in effect and it was utterly disgusting. I was basically tickling that guy. Barely any health left at all. They did say that they were making Isida more attack oriented. I don't really see why. Is it a case where they saw players relying on their teammates too often? I did not see the reason for this alteration to decrease the healing gauge's energy consumption. That just makes it so inefficient. I've had many Isida teammates who would pass my injured (whether heavily or slightly) and just rush into the enemy base just to attack. These players are so selfish. Why shouldn't it? Freeze does 1,800 damage in 1 second AND it has a freezing effect AND it has more energy than an Isida AND it has a faster reload time AND it has a broader cone angle. I'm assuming that you're seeing your idea on paper and not in practicality. You're not gonna get use out of that alteration in most if not all MM battles. ANd again, this doesn't change Isida's playstyle so it wouldn't fit the definition of an alteration. I also think it may be a bit too complicated. You have to keep it simple. Too simple at that. How're you going to explain this to people in the game? How are you going to write this on the Wiki? What would you write as the effects of the alteration?

    Damn! What ranks were in there? 18 ranks would be Recruit to Captain. Seeing that you didn't give any more information than that, I'm gonna assume you played those battles on DieselPlatinum and not any other account. Let's also assume that you were around the middle rank in that rank bracket. That would be Legends playing with WO3s assuming you were around the middle rank in the battle. If you were the highest rank or one of the higher ranks, that would be Generals playing with Master Sergeants. Seems too unrealistic. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Hold up. How recent was this sighting. When MM was implemented, Recruits could have played with Generalissimos. Is that what you're talking about here? If so, that may not be relevant enough here since this is MM after several changes and not right after its implementation.

    Why use Incendiary Band with Viking's Overdrive? That's a 20% damage decrease assuming you're not overheating. The overheating effect stops when you activate the Overdrive so the 70% nerf wouldn't stay. Stock Vulcan would deal more damage. Even if the Overheating effect still stayed, it wouldn't deal devastating damage with the after burn. The afterburn is still 300 dps. It wouldn't do multiple 300 ticks in a second. Firebird protection is common these days so it would be less than 300 per second. Stock Vulcan is better to use.

    I went on the account of the player whom introduced me to the game. That account, has M1s and with Viking's Overdrive, I was able to do this: Everyone around me had M2s and M3s while I'm here with my M1 Railgun with M1 Viking dominating.

    Assuming you're the drugger: Yeah. An Assault Drone can't do you anything if there are no supplies active on the enemy with the drone. Even at that, the enemy has to kill you to activate it. The enemy may have a Trooper Drone but the effects activate from the enemy's respawn. You can catch them without any supplies in the middle of the battlefield. The Mechanic Drone doesn't hurt you. In a 1 v 1 situation, the extra healing at low # of upgrades is negligible for some turrets. The Driver Drone only activate when they kill you. The Miner Drone only activates when they die. Even at that, you still have to run over the mines they placed somewhere on the map assuming they even laid any at all. The Engineer Drone can be a nuisance if the battle between you and the enemy is more than 30 seconds. Your supply time would run out while they have at least 20 seconds of whatever supply they took up left. The Sprinter Drone wouldn't be so bad. They have to capture a point, pick up a flag or Rugby ball to activate it. In TDM, they wouldn't be a threat. The Defender drone's effects don't last very long and you can wait the 3-5 seconds before the strength of the effect wears off. The Supplier Drone would basically make the enemy a regular enemy. The Booster Drone is deadly and can counteract the Defender Drone. Depending on the turret you're using, the enemy with the Lifeguard Drone can either die easily just like the others or give them extra time to damage you more or kill you. The Trickster Drone user can put itself in almost equal footing to you in less than a second. The Blaster Drone is the drone doing the direct damage to enemies. If you're engaged in a heated melee ranged fight, it's likely that when the drone user dies, the damage would kill you as well. The Saboteur Drone user can't really do much to the you since you can just avoid the mines. The Camper Drone user would only achieve its Drone's effects if their own supplies ran out. This is assuming that the drone user chooses to drug or not. For most of the examples above, I assumed that the Drone user wasn't using supplies. If they were using supplies, then I'd say the drugger would still be on top or they would be on equal footing.

    It's not my default alteration anymore but it used to be. It has a disadvantage; it's just that it is possible to get around it everytime it can come up. I use Reinforced Gun Carriage as my main alteration but that comes as a close second now. With that alteration, you can shoot more shots per minute in different situations since the charging time is decreased meaning even if you don't get to 100% velocity every shot, you'd still reload faster because you got to your desired % velocity faster than Stock Magnum.

    That happens. It happens with Wasp's Bomb as well. All you have to do is go down the incline slowly enough to touch it and return it or take the enemy flag. This can be used as a tactic to force enemies to give up precious time they may not have for trying to get the flag in time.

    I'm frustrated with MM on TheCongoSpider. It keeps putting me in Legend battles on teams with other non-legends while the other team is full of Legends or has 1 non-Legend with M4 equipment. I get battles like those too frequently. The Legends on their team had more powerful equipment than our team. Why is that? Isn't MM supposed to put us on equal teams? Is that not what they said? This is the end result of that battle: We lost 5-0 This is happening too often and it's not enjoyable to play battles on that account anymore. It's such a grind that ultimately results in almost nothing.

    You're right, why would they? This makes it harder for the Isida to keep focus of its beam to do proper damage - which is the main problem of using this alteration. It's easy to get an Isida's beam off of you. Just go behind a wall or shoot the Isida's hull. If you keep knocking the aim off, Isida wouldn't do much damage to the enemy. You said that it would do 300 damage per second, right? That is 75 damage per tick. If you keep getting your aim knocked off before you could gain more damage from the beam, it would take more than ten seconds just to kill a low tier medium hull. This doesn't really change Isida's playstyle. This just makes it a potentially weaker version of itself. This can't work with any hull as heavy hulls would be too slow to catch up to the enemies if they get out of range before the damage increases. Medium hulls can get their aim knocked off fairly easy considering Isida's small cone angle and light hulls would just be bad for this.

    @Viking4s and @wolverine848, I don't know what distance this is but it seems pretty far. A Hunter (G__XT) that was driving by the wall used its Overdrive and hit me from where I was standing. He was driving in a straight line and just before he disappeared into the wall, it hit me. I don't know how far that is but it seems pretty far to me.

    Like Symmetra from Overwatch? If so, then that would be a very bad idea because Isida's aim can easily be knocked off by a plethora of the other turrets. Isida has the narrowest cone angle of the melee-ranged turrets meaning it's easier for Isida to detach its beam from the enemy for whatever reason. With that alteration, It wouldn't be able to fight a Twins, Ricochet, Hammer, Smoky or Thunder effectively while the others may have a harder time dealing with it but will certainly still deal with it. With that alteration as well, you have to look at how it would deal with low ammo. Low ammo = low damage because you're not able to hold it long enough to increase it to something worthwhile. This would make Isida useless after killing one enemy. 4 seconds is 2/3 of its entire energy supply. you would only be dealing 2,100 damage for two seconds and less before that while with Stock isida, you could deal 6,000 damage with all of your energy. If you truly wish for this to be an alteration, you have to specify everything that it would do; every parameter that would change and how it would change to be balanced with Stock Isida. It's an interesting idea but needs some work.
