The developers have the time to remove the apology mission but there is no time to change forum banners to acknowledge the problem?!?!?! And there is absolutely no reason to remove it at all. It was the compensation for the first x days. They can issue an other one whenever they actually fix it. This was a really nasty move.

If you care to understand the case read my previous posts. There are consumer protection laws against what they are doing. They are not allowed to misrepresent their products like this. What they are doing is very much illegal.

So, once again, is it possible to get a straight answer to a legit complaint?

Without a question they are lying. I have been collecting data well before the new containers and it was the case even then. After opening statistically relevant number of the new containers what they said to be 10% for a "Rare" item it turned out to be around 0,5% for augments. Which is below even "Legendary". I only had 6 augments plus the 2 permanent items as possible "Rare" prize. 8 all together. Out of 17 "Rare" prize I won only one was an augment and all the rest( 16 ) were permanent items.

Because they are cheating an lying about it. The real probabilities are not what we are told. This is unlawful. I have got more than enough evidence to prove it if this goes to trial. And it seems it will end up in court, unless there is a full correction soon.

It is a very simple 15 minutes job. Is it done? This is seriously unlawful very dirty and disrespectful practice. NEEDS to STOP!!!!

I suppose this is meant as irony meaning that the all-mighty developers cannot be forced to come to their senses. In reality the player community is a sleeping giant with great powers.

Actually in a way you could. You are used as a human shield by the developers avoiding responsibility to answer the questions. If You all quit and no one is taking this role anymore the developers would have to face the music themselves. Off course this would require community wide cooperation. If anyone unknowingly takes the job we can ask them to quit to force the developers to give real answers.

This is unlawful outrageous practice. Are we not entitled to an answer and correction? Do we need a lawyer? It is really easy to correct it. Just remove all the excessive code designed to deceive us. All you need is a few lines of code: - 2 randomized numbers. - a simple switch construct with the proper percentages to decide the raririty group - use the second random number to create an index to select the specific item from the available prizes in the group. Any first year programmer can very easily do it. Do the same for ultra's as well!

Currently the developers totally disrespect the players. Even the buyers too. They do whatever unmoral or/and unlawful stuff they want to. We need to show them muscles and force them to take us seriously. It is possible that this wont happen until they start to feel the financial pain though. A "Do not buy anything for money strike" would be a suitable first step.

This is very clearly the misrepresentation of the product, it is against the law. Actually users have all the power in the world if they decided to use it. You'd be surprised how great the power of the community acting together is. It could be an official trial with lawyers or a strike. Or both. I am pretty sure we have some lawyers around here.

Can you give us approximate numbers? It also depends on the number of paints and other stuff in the same rarity. My case is very clear because I only had 6 augments plus the 2 permanent prizes. The probability of not getting an argument out of 16 rounds is around 0,0000000233% which means that the average number of open containers needed to reproduce my numbers (1 out of 17 Rare) : 4294967296 . It SHOULD surprise everyone that they say it is "Rare" when in fact it is 2 levels down "Legendary". The weights for the old containers were not the same.

T879_No_Upgrades, 1. 11,41% is a realistic dispersion for a 10% ratio. 0,59% is a very-very-very unrealistic dispersion for a 10% ratio. 2. This is a sizable enough sample. But I have been watching this for a while. The same issue persists. 3. The purposeful lying is very clear. They know exactly what they are doing. The very least some weights are involved here which alter the actual probability.

Could you please just STOP LYING about the container probabilities? I opened 149 containers. There were only 2 augments in them. There were 17 "Rare" containers, and it is very obvious that augments in the same raritiy not at all have the same probability as the other type of prizes. The actual chance calculated from these numbers is NOT 10% as promised but 0,59% which means that in reality all these augments belong to "Legendary" items. (2 level difference) 10000 CR 5 100 Repairkit 11 Augment 1 Considering that 6 out of 8 the possible "Rare" prizes were augments in my case I should have received all 6 of them twice over. This is ridicules predetermined conscious malpractice, and I bet it is illegal to mislead the costumers about the products you are offering. I demand correction and proper compensation to ALL OF US !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fellow tankers, it is time to revolt. We are totally taken as fools. Please spread the word, let us start a movement to force HONESTY on these people!!!!

To the develpers (not that you care): I started the game a few minutes ago to play a little, but closed it right away instead. You made it absolutely not worth it.

Venerable, now the problem is fixed for most , but just to get the numbers right for the original scenario : did you see my quoted post above about how to correctly calculate the number of containers? ~ 125 would have been fair compensation, not 23.

The misplaced MK1 equipments have been removed. :)

We are nor stupid, we know very well that 23 containers are not at all compensating for the MK1 equipment in container prizes when we already own it. In average it takes 10 containers to get a "Rare" prize. In order to be close to fair we should have received containers for every equipment like this: Common : 1 containers Uncommon : 4 containers (3,4 is not possible) Rare: 10 containers IT SCHOULD BE 7*1+7*4+ 9*10=125 CONTAINERS. You owe us an extra 102 containers if you want to make this right. The best solution is simply to remove all misplaced MK1 equipment. Treating us like this is not an apology it is an INSULT! It is HYPOCRICY at it's best. PLEASE CORRECT YOUR MISTAKE PROPERLY!!

Maybe you have other houses as well. Maybe you have some reasoning not to use it an outsider are unaware of. Maybe it is practical in a small sense others do not understand. But the point is that this is legal issue not a practical one. Even if you do something impractical within your rights it is no one else's business.
