This is where you can hire the services of a Spectator to film your events, rank-ups parties, photoshoots, or anything else you organize. Be advised that Spectators are FORBIDDEN from asking for compensation for their services. If a Spectator demands payment for his/her services, kindly report the Spectator (make sure you have proof such as screenshots) to the Community Manager by sending a PM to @Cedric Debono. HOW IT WORKS 1. You fill in this form and submit your request. 2. A Spectator will pick up your request and contact you via Forum PM. 3. You respond to the PM and confirm the event details with the Spectator. 4. The spectator turns up at your event and films it. 5. The Spectator will send you the clip within 48 hours of the event (unless otherwise agreed). It is up to you and the Spectator to decide how the file transfer will happen. ATTENTION: If you fail to respond to the Spectator's PM up to 12 hours before the event, the Spectator will drop your application. BOOKING RULES - READ CAREFULLY 1. The maximum time that you can book a Spectator is 30mins. So make sure you have everything prepared for the event so as not to waste any time. At the end of the 30mins, the Spectator will leave the event. 2. Bookings must be made AT LEAST 72 hours in advance. If your booking is later than that, there is no guarantee that a Spectator will be available. 3. Booking time MUST be in UTC. If time zones confuse you, please use http://www.worldtimebuddy.com/ to check your time zone and find the appropriate time in UTC. IMPORTANT: By filling in the form, you agree that any recordings by Spectators may be used in the game or any of its official platforms. Changes to microupgrades for hulls M0 and turrets M0: Number of steps decreased from 50 to 10; Total step cost halved and equals to the cost of M1 modification of the item; Speed up cost is 2 times higher than step cost on each step; The aggregate value of step and speed up remains the same; These changes apply only to M0 modifications of all hulls and turrets. Actually, if you listen carefully, Hazel says that the small annoyances are going to be taken care of as part of the larger restructuring plan. Look at it this way — If you have a broken window on a crumbling wall, you don't fix the window first. First you bring down the wall, re-build it, and then fit a brand new window. Make sense? :) He is a nice guy indeed. And answering technical and challenging questions such as these for nearly two hours was a considerable effort for him. And as you can see in the livestream, I grilled him pretty hard too. He doesn't mind though. He's happy to answer questions.
