Sorry but we have no say over which cards work with PayGarden. It is entirely their choice.
-
I'm sorry but those are PayGarden's conditions and there's really no way around them. In the meantime we're looking for additional payment service providers so you can have more options.

Awesome. Sorry for the wait.

Livestream with Cedric and Hazel-Rah - DATE & TIME ANNOUNCED
theFiringHand replied to theFiringHand in News Archive
Because skype is a MASSIVE time sink and I can't afford it. If you need to speak with me, please do it via forum PM. I get to those a lot more often. -
There never will be. You can never make everybody happy.
-
Because I can preempt what kind of questions you will ask.

Tankers! As you're well aware, Battle Mods spend most of their time popping their heads into battles and trying to keep up with the flood of reports that keep coming in. Unfortunately, this leaves them with very little time to actually speak with players and answer their questions. This is why we've decided to create this thread. Here, you will be able to ask your questions about battle moderation and violations, and other related things, and get a reply from an actual Battle Mod. IMPORTANT The following are STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Spam, flaming and off-topic discussions Discussions about how to apply for the position of battle mod, or why you haven't been accepted for the post, or any other related questions about Battle Mod applications Arguing about or appealing a Battle Mod decisions Reporting other players (there's a special section for that elsewhere)

Frequently Asked Questions Q: If I have a supply activated and I'm destroyed, what happens? A: As soon as you respawn, you will need to wait for the full cooldown. The partial cooldown is only for when you first join a battle. Q: Let's say I activate speed boost. As soon as it is about to expire, I pick up a speedboost drop box. What happens? A: Two things will happen. The effect of the supply will be extended by 40 seconds, which is the amount of time a drop supply remains active. Additionally, the cooldown timer will keep going. To clarify, the total cycle for a garage supply is 30 seconds active + 60 seconds cooldown, for a total of 90 seconds. In this scenario, you'll end up with 20 seconds cooldown left after your drop supply expires. Here's an image to clarify:

48hrs experiment with supplies this weekend
theFiringHand replied to theFiringHand in 48hrs experiment with supplies this weekend News Archive
Tankers! This weekend we’ll be running an experiment for 48 hours where we’ll be temporarily changing the way garage supplies work. The changes will not affect drop supplies. So, between 02:00 UTC on Saturday 18th, till 02:00 UTC on Monday 20th, you’ll be seeing the following changes: Smart Cooldowns will be disabled Active time for supplies will become 30 seconds The cooldown for repeated use of the SAME supply will be increased Supplies will not be reactivated if you’re destroyed You won’t be able to activate supplies immediately upon entering a battle. You’ll have to wait. Details Here are the new parameters for the experiment: Repair Kit Cooldown: 90 seconds Double Armor Active time: 30 seconds instead of 40 Cooldown: 60 sec Double Damage Active time: 30 seconds instead of 40 Cooldown: 60 sec Speed Boost Active time: 30 seconds instead of 40 Cooldown: 60 sec Mine Damage: No change Cooldown: 45 seconds When you joining the battle, all supplies will be on partial cooldown (one third of the total cooldown for each supply). The reason for the experiment Supplies in Tanki give you a huge advantage in battle. A tank with Double Armour and Double Damage activated, is roughly 4 times as powerful as the same tank without buffs. Because of this, supplies almost always beat skill, and that's something you have been complaining about for a long time. So, we’ve decided to experiment with supplies, and give our players a chance to play a different kind of Tanki Online. With these settings, we want to increase the value of dropped supplies, and garage supplies that can be bought or earned in Daily Missions. We know it’s cool to activate all supplies at the same time, but with these settings, if you time it incorrectly, you will not be able to activate one of your buffs such as Double Armour for a long time. As explained earlier, for now, these changes are a test and will only be in the game for 48 hours. Additionally, they will not affect supply drops — those will keep functioning as usual. So, after tomorrow’s server restart, make sure you log into the game to give the new supplies a trial run, and then head over to the forum to discuss your impressions.- 658 replies

Patch Update #441 - Changes to Isida, Hammer and Shaft, and other changes
theFiringHand replied to theFiringHand in Patch Update #441 - Changes to Isida, Hammer and Shaft, and other changes News Archive
Tankers! With tomorrow’s release at 02:00 UTC, we’ll be updating the game with a few small but important changes in weapon balance. This time, we’ll be making changes to Isida, Hammer and Shaft. Isida We want to make a bigger distinction between Isida’s roles of "fighter" and "medic". For this reason, we have completely removed self-healing. So, after the update, Isida will no longer be able to use "vampirism", which will fix the issue with exaggerated self-healing using supplies. The second change is that after the update, the rate at which Isida’s energy bar is consumed, will depend on its target. If the turret is attacking an enemy, its energy pool will last for 5 seconds. But if it is healing a team member, its energy pool will last 10 seconds. To compensate for the removal of the self-healing mechanic, the update will greatly increased Isida’s damage, giving it the highest DPM among the other close-combat weapons Freeze and Firebird. And to make targeting easier, we’ll also be narrowing its attack cone slightly. There will also be changes in Isida’s Alterations. Hammer Careful analysis of Hammer over a period of time has shown us that the weapon is too powerful when compared to other turrets. So, we'll be increasing the reload speed between shots, but reloading your clip will take longer. Please note that this change will increase the negative effect of the alteration "High capacity drum." Moreover, the time between shots will be increased for this alteration. The second important change is that we’ll be decreasing the number of pellets in each shot from 21 to 9. The damage and effect of the pellets that were removed, will be distributed among the remaining pellets, keeping Hammer’s power and damage unchanged. However, with less pellets per shot, the cost of missing will now be higher, so players will now have to aim more carefully. To make Hammer more interesting, we’ll also be giving it a new mechanic... ricocheting pellets. This emulates the shot from a real shotgun, where pellets will bounce off obstacles and inflict damage to careless enemies or even to the shooter if he/she is not careful. Note that unlike Ricochet’s projectiles, Hammer’s pellets will only bounce off obstacles once. Ricocheting pellets gives Hammer new gameplay mechanics that were previously only available to owners of Ricochet. Imagine a Hammer that works like Ricochet, but fires 9 small charges instead of a single big one. Shaft We want to further emphasize Shaft’s role as an effective sniper, while still keeping it effective in close combat. For this reason, the Shaft’s maximum damage in sniper mode will be increased to a level that will allow it to one-shot kill medium tanks that are at the turret’s same upgrade level. Additionally, the time for fully charging a shot will be increased by 1 second, while the energy gauge will take 2 seconds longer to fill up completely. There will also be a few changes in arcade shooting mode. We will decrease the damage of arcade shots according to the distance from the target, like for Smoky and Thunder. Finally, the movement speed for the sight and zoom in sniper mode will be slowed down slightly to make them more manageable. So, make sure you log into the game tomorrow after 02:00 UTC and check out the changes from this update. For more details, please check the Patch Notes.- 632 replies

Not anytime soon, sorry. Because the EULA strictly forbids it. If you're caught doing it, we reserve the right to permanently close your account, and all of your other accounts, without warning or explanation. So, don't do it. That's all the explanation you need, and all the explanation you will ever get. I hope I have made myself perfectly clear. Also, I suggest you be more respectful in your responses to other forum users. I will not tolerate obnoxious behavior in this thread (or others for that matter). I'm afraid I really don't know. I suggest you check out last Friday's V-LOG. It explains everything a lot more clearly than I can do here in writing. Have you tried clearing out your cache? Have you tried clearing out your cache? Have you tried uninstalling, re-downloading and installing the client? Also, please do not post issues with the client here. There's a dedicated thread. Not anytime soon, sorry.

Just an oversight. XT items are never discounted, never have been. I've updated the post accordingly. Thanks for pointing it out.
