thanks At_Shin. Think i had a decent run on the hopper. It has a slight advantage in catching golds on maps that are big. You need to have at least a MK7 to enjoy using the hopper. Otherwise, you are just cannon fodder for folks.?

So i just want to say - i liked this event because a) It was novel and new; b) Every player was on the same level; c) I did not need to spend much supplies playing the event since it did not matter. No drones permitted. Having said that, i can clearly see the growing disparity between buyers and non-buyers. First certain augments that could only be purchased with tankoins. Then the Crisis Drone. And now the Hopper. I see the developers pushing in this direction to clearly demarcate buyers and non-buyers. This disparity will have to be managed or the outcome would be disastrous. Non-buyers will all disappear eventually since the game will not be fun to play anymore. In the past, the thinking behind the devs was buyers would pack on advanced features faster while non-buyers would get these features by spending more time playing in the game. But now, the only currency to get these features is to spend money. And mind you, its not cheap. Over USD130 just for a MK1 Hopper and 100 Ultra containers. My eyes popped out at how much tanki was charging for it. Unless you're a kid with a silver spoon in your mouth and you have stolen your parent's credit card, i can tell you this price is way above what a logical average joe would pay for. From where i come from, USD130 can buy me 36 decent meals or a good brand new printer.

The only thing i have to say is if we as players are "resigned" to believe that we can only live in a reality that devs paint for us, then it is a defeatist mindset and we can hope for no good outcome. I believe in making a clear stand that tanki devs are getting it wrong in the way they are designing these rewards. Didn't tanki devs express their desire to hear the community and am I not making a clear shout-out here? The rewards are wrong, bordering on making fun of the players. Think of a better way to structure these rewards so that it is worth doing. Lower ones for the lower ranks and higher ones for the higher ranks. All this can be solved if their intentions are better aligned. What is past is past. But if players say oh its always like this, typical, then nothing will change.

Of course i have taken that into account. And because players like you are so contented with these miserable rewards, there will not be a change for better rewards. 30K MM points is 10K MM points a day. Seasoned players know that is considerable amount of play unless you are a buyer will fully upgraded equipment.

Like i said, the rewards are definitely on the stingy side. How special is 1 ultra-container? 30K matchmaking points for 2 Ultra-Containers is definitely ridiculous.
