Dear Particpants, As some of you may be aware, we managed to publish results with in 2 days after the contest but unfortunately, due to violations of the rules, many accounts had to be disqualified. It seems one user entered the contest with multiple accounts, claiming multiple prizes. We would like to remind you to always read the rules of contests, and if you are confused/have a question, then you should contact the contest organiser(s) via forum PM, or in the contest topic. As we progress through the year, more and more errors will appear for flash with no apparent permanent solutions. Do you face similar problems in HTML5?

Sadly, such evils do exist in the community even though all the staff and us assisstants are dedicatedly trying to eliminate them. If I speak for the forum, then we try our best to deal with such violations/immoral content with in a few minutes. We try to moderate the forum as actively as we can to make it a better place for everyone. Chat moderators also work sincerely along with battle moderators, who dedicate most of their game time to moderating battles. Social Media helpers also try their utmost best to help in this cause. However, yes moderators can not be at every place everytime and we do need a type of system that can make sure that such spam violations do not occur. The complaint will be forward to the administration, but for the time being I assure you that we are doing our best as a helpers community to enhance user experience, free of trolls.

I don't understand the question. This option that you pointed out above only makes the PM marked as unread. So for instance you see a message and have to go somewhere and you can't reply at the moment, then you can mark it as unread and later comeback and answer it.

Yes, forum moderators answer PM but make sure you look at the list of Forum Moderators so that you don't PM a forum moderator that is inactive for the time being. Also for the matter, it will be dealt with in its own time, please be patient.

It basically means 'Mark as Unread'. Regardless, the problem will be forward to the administration.

@Sweet.Lord We understand your frustration and yes we have noted that as well. These winners list may change again after 24 hours. We are checking the IPs of the winners. If we find anything wrong, we will re select the winners. However, please refrain from discussion regarding a specific player. It would be better to forward those complain to either @Defender or one of the other head administrators. As for newspaper, as aforementioned, the user and his alts have been banned from future newspaper contests.

Topic Merged I do understand that the topic "concept" was different but the discussion in both the topics was same. Both topics were used by players to discuss about the turrets they generally hate the most. However, this particular topic had been created first so it had a priority. I hope you understand! ?
