Then why are they playing night mode? Even the sources of light you suggest adding will be pointless for those that don't play with those settings. Right, but in night mode a lot more so. I like night mode because it is dark, because you can sneak up on people. Honestly, I'd actually prefer if it was darker and there were some light sources in key areas of maps.

I'm surprised this has not been suggested yet. The idea is simple - you can select several modes to queue for in matchmaking instead of having to choose only one or select Quick Battle. For example, if I have missions in CTF, RGB, and DM, I can select those three battle modes and the matchmaker will find a battle from any one of those modes.

Night mode already has moonlight and lighting from supply boxes. Enable dynamic shadows and dynamic lighting. I actually like night mode a lot because firing gives away your position. The map gets naturally lit up by Ricochet, Twins, and Firebirds.

Why is this worth making a new topic about? I have been getting DM missions since day 1 and I hate DM. Wow the devs are really desperate to get players to play this terrible mode.

What we think this means: MM wait time will be shorter. What this actually means: estimated wait time will increase, thus the actual waiting time will be less than the estimated wait time.
