I once had to wait 11 days to get a DCC to spend my €35 paysafecard to buy a kit...But when I don't want to buy,I get it everyday ;-; So I mailed help@tanki,and told them if they could give me a DCC,they rejected,but guess what,the next day I had a DCC as daily bonus :lol: Might want to try this out too :P

Did you refresh the page after getting disconnected or did you have to close browser,and click the "start" button on the homepage? If you used refresh button,all must've worked fine,but if you clicked the start button,it must have redirected you to another server then the one you were in a battle. I've had this too,because this browser doesn't store history to remain fast/powerful,I did not know in which server I was playing. So I just clicked start and hoped for all the good,unfortunately it did not go wel... Lost all the fund. It is not TO's fault tho...
