Hey, the game has features that take some amount of storage, try to delete unused files that you think take up a lot of storage and after that restart the client and everything should work fine.

Lol I liked the idea but advice from me, next time try to bring more similar answers or questions that require more thinking.

The game can't remove the Immunities because it maintains the game balance, I recommend buying the "Incendiary mix" augment for firebird because if already afterburning effect is disabled so at least you'll deal more damage.

I don't think you can do anything with your ping, your ping depends on your internet speed. The FPS is determined by how good your computer is but there are several solutions for improving FPS like: "How to raise FPS on the new HTML5 version"

So if none of the solutions mentioned above helped, contact the Tech Support and tell them in detail about your problem (add photos / videos that will really help solve the problem).
